A very polite attendant responded immediately, and set up an appointment for the Estimator, Steve Nickerson, to come to our place in Pennington, NJ, the following morning. Steve showed up right on time, and he proved to be an immensely knowledgeable and experienced professional. He spent a good 30 minutes at our place, examined the roof, told us that the quality of the roof would allow it to last for at least another 10 yrs, inspected a couple of problematic gutters, and advised us what to do about them. And all of this for free and in the most professional, personable way. All in all, a great experience provided by a first rate company. If we could we would give them 10 stars. So glad I called Rylee Roofing. After calling two local roofers only to never be called back. I needed a repair not a whole new roof guess the 2 roofers felt it was not worth it to them. First time calling Rylee Roofing Steve answered the phone.(first great impression) next day someone came out to look at issue on roof. This company is awesome had some work done by them a few months ago which turned out great . They repaired the work of another roofer who I won't mention on here . Long store short had another problem with that roofers work during this last storm ,I sent Steve the pictures of the problem and ask he he could come take a look at it . Replied to my message quickly that he could come by Monday. Monday morning came and he was right on time and diagnosed my problem and took care of it . Genuine, trustworthy, efficient and competent - four words to decribe Steve and his Rylee Ann Roofing company. He recommended a solution to my gutter problem that made sense, and was actually less expensive. During his first visit to give me an estimate, he apologetically said he was weeks behind because of the pandemic, then called and came early (on a Saturday) to complete the work. They finished up my gutter and roof repairs yesterday, fixing damage caused by a falling tree in the back of the house and overall deterioration in the front. I was kept well informed as the work progressed. The work is excellent. The work was delayed a bit due to the very rainy weather we have had. Great experience with this company from scheduling to the actual appointment. We scheduled a service call with Steve N. for gutter cleaning. He came out and was very honest and up front that we in fact did not need a cleaning. He also honestly advised against gutter guards in addition to going beyond and letting us know about the condition of the roof.
