The previous company that cleaned you couldn't tell a difference but Jeff and brother did an excellent job. Stains were removed from couches and area rugs. I should have taken before and after photos. Jeff responded promptly. Flat rate was provided and he was able to fit me into his schedule in a timely manner. I have frequently used CCS for carpet cleaning and have always been pleased with the result…read more Recently, my natural travertine tile floor looked terrible after I cleaned it repeatedly with vinegar. CCS evaluated the problem, gave me options and quoted the prices up front. They re-honed the tile, cleaned and polished the floor, and applied sealer to the newly cleaned tile. My floor looks beautiful again and I couldn't be more pleased with the services CCS provided. Both the office personnel and the technicians are polite, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the services they provide. I highly recommend CCS for any tile or carpet cleaning job, big or small!

If I could give one star I would. We have new build from…read more2023 so carpets are 2 years old and maintained. The technician came out and spent 5 minutes on each room. We asked him to try again in the first room to remove the only stain on the carpet and he replied to "not worry because he will just write an invoice and whoever we are renting it from will give us a security deposit back". When we asked a second time for him to try and remove the stain he huffed and puffed and went to his truck to get another machine (likely the one he should have started with) to redo the carpets he had already "cleaned". He then finished "cleaning" the carpets but from the pictures you can see what was left over from his 2 - 5 minute per room job. He also left all the carpets soaking wet. You splashed when you walked through the rooms. We directly reached out to the manager to request a refund as the service was unacceptable and Amy Martin, a Customer Service Representative, stated she is the manager and was unable to offer a refund but could send someone else out to try again. We were moving so someone else coming in to try again on a service that was wildly disappointing is not a solution we could agree to. They couldn't do it correctly the first time or the second time so I'm not sure why a third time would be acceptable. These photos are from each room after the technician left. They were all fresh tanks. We are a military family and just wanted a good experience. Unfortunately it was the farthest thing from that.
