He asked Justin (the owner) to come and provide a quote for replacing our master shower floor. The "penny tiles" were popping up and we were doing everything to try and get it to stay down longer than a couple of weeks. He gave us a reasonable price and we hired him. He told us where to purchase our tile replacement and what to look for. The day that Justin was first scheduled to come, he had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Justin told my husband that if we wanted to hire someone else to do the job, he totally understood. We were impressed with that. We waited for Justin after some other places we called said that they would have to rip out the entire master shower to fix the floor. We are SO glad that we did!!! Justin came on a Tuesday afternoon for the install of the tile floor. About 4 - 5 hours or so later, the tile was installed. He asked us how we wanted our tiles laid, which I really did not think about until he asked. He also asked us to select our grout and he brought it back on Wednesday to grout and clean up. After a couple of hours on Wednesday, he was done and we are in LOVE! We are looking forward to standing on our new tile floor in our master shower (even if it's too pretty)! Justin was very professional, brought all his tools with him, and did an impeccable job. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to use his service.
