In writing this review I have to be vigilant about being too wordy, or using too many superlatives: wordiness could result in the reader losing interest and my lexicon does not contain enough superlatives to do justice to the people of Repair Your Tech...Both the owners and the technician (Barry) provided service that far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Jennifer Montgomery, co-owner with her husband, returned my call within less than an hour's time. She spoke with me in a friendly and thoroughly professional manner, ascertaining what issues I needed help with and how best to proceed. Then before noon had passed, Barry, the chief technician, called me at home. Now up to this point I had tried applying every solution I could find online--through forums and through tech "support services"--to remedy the problem(s) that was compromising the safety and effectiveness of my PC, but nothing provided a solution. Barry asked me a series of pointed questions in a most patient manner, in an attempt to fix the problem remotely. Via a phone call. However, when that did not work he set a mutually convenient time to stop by my place that very afternoon to tackle the problem directly. (I had forgot to mention that an old curse plagues me and causes technology to malfunction when- ever I approach.) Despite Barry's considerable efforts, it became clear that he would need to take my PC back to his shop to solve its problems completely...and solve them he did, before the end of that very day...Summative remarks: I cannot offer enough praise for the level of professionalism and for the expertise demonstrated by the people of Repair Your Tech. It was--from start to finish--a pleasure to deal with them. And when I received the bill I was further surprised: To say that the charge was more than reasonable seriously borders on understatement...So superlatives be darned: Repair Your Tech has earned all the superlatives I might wish to heap on it. And, in the future, I will take all my tech problems to them. They are that good. read more

I have been using Repair Your Tech for a couple of years. I use their services for upgrades to my computer systems, general repairs and maintenance and especially when I have a problem I can't figure out.
