I love that crystal dreams for their variety. I have visited three stores so far multiple times, always spending over 200$. My recent visit on st denis however as soon as I walked in I was followed around and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. No one else was being followed just me as I was the only black one. Then when I actually asked the person who was following me for help she was visibly upset and less than gracious. I'm just here to say, stealing spiritual things make no sense they won't work so that would never cross my mind! Also don't follow the only black customer in the store! Ironically for a shop that promotes healing and love, there wasn't much respect especially towards women. The owners were extremely in their ego and macho attitude. There's always a reason you are drawn to helping others often times it's when you need healing the most. Sending love to these guys. read more

When I ordered from Crystal Dreams, I left a note on my order to view the crystals before they were shipped. They offer the option of leaving a note to view before shipping so I left a note about two crystals. The next day I noticed the crystals shipped, I received no contact about viewing the crystals first. I immediately informed the company. They were dismissive and claimed there was no note left on my order and said they hoped I loved the crystals as much as they did. I understand website glitches happen but they responded and portrayed it as if I hadn't left the note. They could have acknowledged the issue with their website. Unfortunately, after my order arrived, I was not happy with one of the crystals and wouldn't have purchased it if I had seen it. I emailed them again and they ignored my email. I can see by other reviews that their customer service is not great. I definitely won't be ordering from them again. Mistakes happen but this company is dismissive and doesn't take responsibility for their own website, nor did they even offer an apology for their mistake. Disappointing experience overall. I will be selling the crystal online and all I was looking for was ownership of the issue. I didn't even expect a refund. In the future, I will find a crystal supplier that cares about their customer's concerns and apologizes for their mistakes. read more
