I had a broken 14 K gold necklace chain that needed to be fixing. I contacted this place over yelp and was told when I can come in and a flat rate quote. The price was very reasonable. David fixed my chain while I waited, it was a really quick and easy process and David did a great job. Afterwards, David very kindly offered to show me the custom design software his store had and showed me a beautiful ring he had designed and made using the software. Thanks fellow Yelpers for pointing this place out! After 30 years of every day use my wedding band needed an adjustment. I sent David a message on Yelp! and he responded quickly. We arranged to meet the following day for an inspection and price quote. My ring was re-sized, cleaned and polished to perfection while I waited. The entire process took 25 minutes and it was only that long because we ended up talking about the jewelry business and specifically about diamond appraisals. I had recently had a seriously lousy experience at a nearby jeweller trying to get a ring re-fitted: I was told my jewellery was sub-par and I watched the clerk be openly racist to another customer. I'm so happy I took my business here instead. David was incredibly friendly, fast and affordable. Before coming in he gave me a quote that reflected the actual cost and was happy to take care of the fitting right away. He explained the soldering process for a ring and made sure I knew what kind of gold was being used on my jewelry. Recently had my wedding ring re-tooled. What a great job! So nice to have an knowledgeable professional to answer your questions and a direct link to the expert actually doing the re-tooling. I had originally re-tooled my ring at Roger Roy, however the diamonds on each side kept falling off after only 1 year!
