We were greeted by a well dressed waiter who was very friendly, professional and took great care in serving us. I have to say it was the best service Ive had in Germany to date. We ordered a variety of steaks. The filet mignon, prime rib and beef medallions. Each plate came with a side of either potatoes with thyme or house cut fries. It also came with a Cesar salad or a spring salad. The sides were delicious, especially the fries. Well seasoned and crisp. The salads were good but I didn't feel like it was really a Cesar salad. Being such a nice steakhouse, they could step that salad up a bit with fresh Parmesan, homemade dressing and crotons. Throw some flavor on it. The steaks were perfect. We each ordered medium rare and they were cooked accordingly. The steaks were beautifully made and tasted heavenly. The presentation of the meat was also very nice. We were definitely impressed. I wished there was better communication and that maybe they did not set auto confirm. Now we have 16 hungry people walking around Heilbronn on a Friday night, looking for a place to eat. Very, very disappointed. We will not return.
