Now 2 weeks after the inspection, 1 week before closing, Arrow is directly calling me a liar and will not sign the report. They say on the report for 2 weeks doing nothing. Real estate agents and mortgage companies around Montgomery AL are apparently well aware of their shady business practices for real estate but my realtor didn't know. I have strong feeling they only want to sign real estate inspections that previously had their service and since I had Cooks..... Maybe their residential service is ok, but do you want to hire a company that operates like this?

Despite being a customer for 12+ years, the manager/owner would not consider that one of his service techs would steal and did not do a proper or professional investigation. We did report the theft to the police and learned that ours was not the first complaint filed against Arrow and the same service tech. It seems that management at Arrow is either in denial about their employees or cares not how the employees treat customers. Perhaps it is both. Do not trust employees of this company in your home.

The second year the service hasn't even been worth o e star. Technician serviced the wrong house and I received a bill! When I called to make them aware of this...the technician attempted to challenge me on his mistake!! Next comes the texts that technician was on the way, and would never show up. More calls to the office to have tech come inside...tech would show up when I wasn't available...again the wrong house. Another call requested service on the inside, and I was promised a call from district manager....its been more than 45 days and still no call or service!! Purchased a product from Home Depot that has been working...so I guess its Home Depot for the win.
