I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! I absolutely love working with Tracey and her brother here, and look forward to more business affairs!

The cost for the everything embroidered flag, frame and mounting was less than I expected. Shipping cost was reasonable. It got here well packaged & protected. It was covered with cardboard, inside bubble wrap, and wrapped in cellophane wrap, then put in a cardboard box. I definitely recommend these guys for your presentation project - they deliver!

Not only were all my shirts mixed up l, but we had half of the shirts not embroidered properly. I went back to let her know she had made a mistake. She said I was wrong. She offered to redo the shirts and messed up once again. And still charged me for redoing the work. Never going back to get shirts done here.

Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. It was my first time ordering flowers from El Paso and I had really high hopes here. ------------------------------------------------ I want to update my review. When I posted this the manager wrote me with in minuets and I called her when I got the chance and she handled everything great. I absolutely appreciate I was not only contacted immediately but she fixed what I was very unhappy with. They not only sent out a new bouquet of flowers to my aunt right away but added something else to the order. I am glad this company cares to reach out and make their customers happy. Which I am. Wow- today I received a wonderful surprise. A very good gal pal of mine sent me flowers for my…read morebirthday! I love getting flowers and these guys at Kern Place are great. They called before the came (it is Black Friday after all). The flowers are large in dive and very fresh. The roses look like they were just cut and they are opened to the perfect bud size for an arrangement. The container is unique- a thick, short glass cube that goes anywhere and the flowers fill the entire space- just beautiful!

I found Kern Place Florist online (they were the closest to her). I am SO pleased I went with them. Although my order was scheduled to be delivered two days after I placed it, they honored the requested I noted on the order and called me to communicate they would be able to deliver ASAP (one day earlier). She also asked if I was ok with some substitute flowers as they were out of two different kinds seen on the photos online. I advised them, that I trusted their choice. They even text me picture of what the bouquet looked like when they were done. It was gorgeous! And better looking than the bouquet in the photo. I appreciated their communication and dedication to get it out to my wonderful aunt, who I know needed the love.

Doniphan is truly an antiquer's haven, but most of the good spots you really just have to know…read moreabout them. This is probably why I can spend hours on end on Doniphan. So on the hunt for a different antique shop (specifically one that sells antiques from hotels... turns out it's now closed or moved) we zipped past West Studio. What really caught our attention was the big wooden doors with their sign up above. It wasn't easy to determine exactly what we'd find here, but we knew it was worth a look. On the outside we found a lot of antique doors, but hidden in between each bunch of doors is something unique like a wooden planter or large metal milk jugs. On the covered outdoor portion there was a lot of rustic wood available for purchase as well as some tables and bars. Inside we found a small collection of refinished and newly built tables, chairs, cabinets, and the like. I was specifically looking for a table for our front entrance, but I knew that I needed to find one that the price point was right since I was more than likely going to be painting part or all of it. They did have one table that I liked, but for what I'd be doing to it the price wasn't right for me. That being said, I contemplated buying a cabinet we didn't need. We spoke with one of the staff members on site and he did let us know that they can also finish wood projects for you as well as reupholster chairs. This is a really good stop if you're looking for pieces that could be turned into something else (i.e. doors into a table). You really have to give yourself some time though to look over all of the pieces. I was really impressed by the quality of woods available that would be perfect for any type of unique project you're looking to do.
