I ordered same day delivery for my aunt on Mother's Day. I am very disappointed that the flowers didn't look remotely like the ones I purchased. I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. It was my first time ordering flowers from El Paso and I had really high hopes here. ------------------------------------------------ I want to update my review. When I posted this the manager wrote me with in minuets and I called her when I got the chance and she handled everything great. I absolutely appreciate I was not only contacted immediately but she fixed what I was very unhappy with. They not only sent out a new bouquet of flowers to my aunt right away but added something else to the order. I am glad this company cares to reach out and make their customers happy. Which I am. I needed to send a gal pal something special for her birthday. Angie's Flowers took care of the job. I ordered the Cotton Candy arrangement- beautiful shades of pink and peach flowers with roses that had an antique feel. It was stunning. I added a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and they were amazing- not your usual run of the mill stuff- beautiful decorated and some were covered with nuts or coconut. White chocolate and more . Just beautiful to look at. I have to find out if the are connected with a National service because these flowers and strawberries were amazing! read more

I often order from this shop & though I am very happy with their work, their prices are extremely high. Unfortunately seems like everyone around has the same competitive prices. A $55 dollar arrangement can easily turn $100 after taxes and delivery fees. Their flower arrangements are cute and average at best. read more

I ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral this week. I called in and paid extra to have the arrangements made larger than the standard size listed online. I was assured that they would be made larger so I paid $120 per arrangement vs the $89 price listed online. My credit card was charged immediately. The funeral was today. One arrangement was never delivered. The other arrangement was standard size. I called after the services and Brenda said she had to wait for Erika for any resolution. read more

I was greeted by Brenda and was surprised at the great customer service that I received. I ordered a very large flower arrangement and thought I couldn't see it (as they were going to special make it) I was promised that I would not be disappointed. When the arrangement arrived, I was shocked at how phenomenal the arrangement was. Excuses, excuses, EXCUSES. That's what this place is about...after all this time I am beyond shocked that this place has stayed in business. With our current economy you would think that people would be rushing to make a buck...not these ladies. The current state of Angies flowers is miserable. Upon entering you will see a goofy looking blond women with glasses, she is beyond dreadful and oblivious to customer service or reality itself. If at any time you feel the urge to want to scream at her for being so irresponsible and rude, I assure you, you won't be the first or the last. Do yourself the favor and go buy at Debbies bloomers or Albertsons, this flower shop ain't worth the stress. read more

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. He even paid extra to get them delivered, and I didn't receive them until the day after. The arrangement I received was not the one he ordered, and to top it all off, the flowers I received were wilted and were already turning brown on the ends. I received a small arrangement instead of the one he paid for.I wouldn't recommend this business at all. We have tried to talk to their managers, and they don't want to help out. They steal and lie about their arrangements. The quality is not what you pay for. read more

It's 5pm on Valentines Day 2023 and no flowers for my wife. I placed the order on February 1st to ensure a timely delivery. I called at noon to ask for status and was told " they are just being loaded in the truck". Really? At noon? And it was not true as they have not arrived. I guess I was lied to. I had ordered flowers for her birthday and although they were very nice, they were delivered a little late too. Hope they get here today so I can move on and use another flower shop for next occasion. I had a bad experience with 800-flowers so I went with Angie's. I guess I need to try another. With what they charge for the flowers and the $15 delivery charge one would think it would be a good experience. Too bad! read more

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a family member's funeral and was blown away when I saw it. This was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. The flowers were fresh and placed perfectly. it was a large arrangement and well worth the $$ spent. I had originally called another florist (initials DB) who did not have staff working on a Saturday morning to accommodate a Monday delivery. First of all, the flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing. My only complaint was that my husband went in with a coupon for $10 off and they didn't let him use it. They automatically gave him 10% bc he was uniform. When he asked to use the $10 they said they didn't need the coupon bc they took care of him. When he looked at the bill it was 10% and not $10 and they would not fix it. If they had honored their advertisement they could have had a long term customer. ORDER AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION - Our son ordered flowers and he instructed them to CALL BEFORE DELIVERY. We were out of town and the flowers were left at the entryway. Upon return 4 days later, the flowers were dead since we live in the desert. My son called the flower shop and they agreed to send a replacement arrangement - they sent us a consolation price arrangement that had 5 SUN FLOWERS WITH GREENS unlike the first one that had a variety of flowers. They could have given my son a full credit and save the day however they took the class-less cheap way out and rightfully so, deserve this bad review. Uses an online order system that does not actually place orders. Was told on the phone I should have received a second email indicating the "order actually went through" nowhere on the first email did it say this. Why send an order confirmation of you won't actually fulfill the order. Don't use an online order system if you can't actually fulfill orders placed through it. read more

Very kind, helpful, went above and beyond. Spoke to Katie and ordered flowers for mom to be delivered while she was in the hospital. Security allegedly lost the order and gave us, including Angie,'s the run around. Katie placed me on hold and called the hospital directly to inquire. My husband wanted to surprise me while he's away. He normally goes through ProFlowers but wanted something same day. Unfortunately, it was after 5pm and they stop deliveries. The lady who dropped off my arrangement the following day was super sweet. The flower arrangement although very beautiful the first day or two, managed to wilt and die rather quickly. I've never had a bouquet do this within a few days. I received my bouquet on Sunday afternoon, we're now Friday and they are completely dead. read more

My husband has been using 1800 Flowers for a while and 90% of the time the flowers come from Angie's. Now he just calls directly and orders. There's been a few times where they send the wrong arrangement or the flowers cake wilted or damaged, but they were very quick to fix the issue. They take customer service seriously and I truly appreciate that. The photo is from flowers I received today, for our 13 yr anniversary. They are lovely, as usual. Simple, but elegant. The customer service here is nice. I placed an order for Valentine's Day with express delivery, hoping to get delivered by 3:00 PM. After consulting with two employees, who were very nice, they both informed me that my flowers were on the route to being delivered when I called in the afternoon. Now it is currently 7:00 P.M. with still no signs of flowers being delivered. It is a terrible feeling to not get your significant other flowers for Valentine's Day, but also being lied to by two separate employees. I was able to get a refund for my failed express delivery, but am now looking to get a full refund for this otherwise terrible experience. I highly recommend Karina's flowers, as they are always are on top of their game and not aiming to lie to their customers. I unfortunately had to go with Angie's services due to Karina's being full for Valentine's Day. I highly recommend choosing Karina's Flowers over this establishment. read more
