If you are a person who prefers a face to face meeting with your tax preparer, Debra may not be your person. I never met her in person, and worked with her through email, telephone, and by dropping off and picking up paperwork at her mailbox location. Absolute mistake, they botched up a single person with no children return. Irs claims they need supporting documentation. Never had this happen before, and I get no support until I send a nasty email telling them to do their job that I paid for. They claim they then resubmitted the return this was in April yet nothing. I asked them after 90 days to follow up with the irs. All I get is excuses about everyone experiencing this. I follow up again and later get this and that bs needed.
