    Two female employees were busy processing what looked like a bulk shipment of bunch of individual…read moremail maybe it was from a collection box. I was the only customer in the store and they barely acknowledged I was there. They didn't ask what I needed. One female working on the floor behind the counter looked up complaining to me that the customer who brought in the package she was packing failed to fully disassemble the item. "so I guess I have to do it" she said sarcastically. I waited over 5 min before she asked what I needed and I told her I was just dropping off a return. She sighed and made strenuous grunting noises as she got up from the ground as if complaining to me that she had to get up. I placed the envelope on the scale and she asked me to pick it up because she had to log in. That took more minutes as the two employees talked about the bulk package scanning that had to be completed and she seemed unable to talk and login at the same time. After scanning and printing the shipping return label she handed me the bottom second page of the label which only had a tracking number. I told he I needed the return receipt to which she replied the tracking number is the receipt. I complained that the "receipt" she gave me doesn't look like the type of FedEx receipt I normally get. I told her this doesn't even have the date or time on it. She told me I don't need some thing with the date and time in it if I have the tracking number. I explained to her that this is a return item and I want to have some thing to prove when I turned it in for shipping. After making faces and gestures that indicated I was exasperating her. She finally printed me the normal FedEx receipt. Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Maybe it was a one off and a frustrating day for them but I guess I got to take the brunt of it.

The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. After visiting a few times since the remodel, I noticed the vibe and it's definitely a good change. Things seem to flow better. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion. It's so appreciated! I really depend on this UPS location to get it right for me. And they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! Thank you, Lori, for taking care of me this last visit and the whole team who all works together to make the customer experience consistently positive and pleasant. Kudos!

    Today I was charged $11 to fax three pages. The woman only had to type in the fax number and hit…read moresend. Had she told me I was going to be charged that much I never would have used the service. I complain to the manager. He seemed more interested in getting the last word then satisfying my complaint. He refunded me two dollars claiming I was mischarged by the initial woman. My point is that I was charged with some people make as an hourly rate to fax three pages. While I was there I watched another customer get charged for a free Amazon return. I will never come back to the store again, nor should you. Shame on them.

But I have spent a lot of money in this location shipping boxes back-and-forth, and I always get the manager who has never once smiled or returned or answered me when I asked him how he was?. Today was not any different. I was returning a box to Amazon, in which it said must be labeled and in a box. So I taped the label to the box and brought it in and the manager took my package. I did not seal the box because they have quite frequently before checked the shoes within the shoebox that I was sending back, and I thought that I was doing them a favor by not sealing the box so they would not have to unseal it and reseal it. I am a customer. I am not the owner. The manager proceeded to tell me that I need to give him a dollar for a little piece of tape. About 6 inches. And I said really? He said yes. I said it's a piece of tape. Of which I've had other locations tape whole boxes for free. He then proceeded to tell me too take my business to the other store. Wow! He then told me that it was Amazon's rules and regulations. I said I brought you a box and I brought you the label. It says nothing about a piece of tape in which I was trying to help you by not applying it in case you had to check inside the box. I said you checked many of my boxes before that weren't sealed and then you sealed them yourself. He called me a liar four times I I then said you have both checked shoes inside my boxes so that's why I left it open. He called me a liar again. And then he told me that it was Amazon's guidelines to charge for tape. And I told him absolutely that was not true. We all know that UPS charges there own fees. For about a 6 inch piece of tape - I could not believe how rude he was this time. He's always rude but this time he was aggressive and smart mouthed and very insulting. I was excited for this location to open because it was right by my house. And he's always been rude, but he lost me this time. Maybe this is why they are hardly ever busy. So just beware. If you walk in the door and the manager, who also says he is the owner is there get ready to be rudely approached, called a liar, charged a dollar for a 6 inch piece of tape, and told to take your business elsewhere if you ask them why.
