First with the good, if you pre-pay you can walk at the back of the store and pick up your uniforms and leave. If you do not pre-pay, you will need to wait in a long line. Additionally, the store does have a large selection of items but they were definitely picked over bc of back to school shopping. Now with the not so good, the lines were long and the workers were so harried and busy it was hard to ask questions. Second, when my order was not complete and when I asked if I would be contacted to pick it up, no one had answer, one employee mumbled "I guess." Not overly reassuring. They do mark your receipts with the items you do not get at pick up if you prepaid so keep your receipt. Additionally, their parking lot is a little confusing which leads to traffic congestion and people driving the wrong way in a busy area of town. Since they are pretty much the only uniform game in town, will go back but wish I didn't have to.

They carry limited stock of special uniforms required by a specific hospital in town, and they will custom order what you want if they don't have it. I am most impressed by their embroidery services and the great pricing they offer. From scrubs to chef wear, this is a great place to check out if your profession requires specific attire.

Wow! I am beyond surprised this store doesn't have a working restroom for clients!!! I have attached pictures of their "bathroom" which is used as a storage. We were told they are selective about who who they let use the restroom and we can go across the street to Petsmart and use their bathroom. The lady behind the counter is EXTREMELY rude. I could not believe how ignorant and horrible her attitude was. Huffing and puffing when I asked what bathroom she uses... She says well we have one..... She got the manager on the phone snickering to her like it was a big joke or something and the manager said she was sorry. I couldn't believe she wouldn't let a 4 year old use the bathroom. We put our stuff back and left. I will NEVER be back again! And I purchased maternity scrubs from this place when I was pregnant. Their customer service has greatly diminished. Update: Today at around 4:30 the owners did contact me via Facebook: We, the owners at Uniformi-t, apologize sincerely for the treatment that you and your daughter received while in our store. There is no excuse for anyone treating you this way. As grandparents, we understand the emergency needs of small children and we would never deny them the use of a bathroom. The photos you took are of what used to be restrooms. Due to a plumbing issue that occurred when we expanded, there is no water to those particular bathrooms. We have another restroom that does work that we regularly let customers use. I don't know why you were turned away today, but I assure you that this was not a company policy. We pride ourselves in providing a quality shopping experience and will not tolerate or continue to employ those who are not in keeping with our company image. Loyal customers are the reason we exist and prosper. Again, we apologize for the treatment you received today. It won't happen again. Everything is done beautifully and in a timely manner. She even went above and beyond this last time when I had picked up my white coat while she was not there and a few weeks later she had mailed me a new white coat with a note that she was not happy with the embroidery on the original coat. She absolutely did not have to do this (the original coat also looked great!) but it was a very kind gesture and shows how much she cares about her work.
