Savvas was incredibly prompt, informative, and transparent. We aligned on the budget, priority areas, and treatment products. When a last minute opening became available, the team reached out and were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. They completed complete de-weeding of 3 major areas of our yard IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS! I have no idea how they worked so efficiently. After the cleanup was completed, Savvas took me around to explain how we can now maintain this beautiful yard we have back and I feel empowered as a homeowner. No response to multiple calls to his cell and to the office since then. No call no show. Very unprofessional. Internet says the business is not closed. If you close or decide to drop a customer for some reason (can't i.agine why.. everything was great last yeat) they should be informed in some way rather than ghosting and leaving someone stuck and without snow removal services.
