All Pro had a great reference from a neighbor and underbid all the other services. They had proof of insurance and scheduled us far in advance, keeping to their word even the day after a snowstorm. The 80 foot tree was wedged narrowly in between my neighbor's house and my garage. These professionals tackled it like surgeons in a way that made it look safe and easy. I even manage to do a bunch of conference calls in the house during the job. It wasn't as disruptive as I thought it would be. I had an excellent experience with All Pro. They were the first contractor to my house to do an estimate, the first to actually provide a quote, and the lowest price. I had about 30 trees taken down from my property to convert wooded area to lawn. The whole crew was excellent and led by Lucas. They were super fast and very professional while at my house. They even took down some extra trees upon my request when I saw how things were looking as they progressed with the job. They cleaned up quite well when done. Fast, high-quality service for less money! If you are like me, searching for a reliable tree pruning service and are price conscious, check out All Pro Services. The speed and quality of service were amazing. My tree is not particularly easy to prune. It has a large branch right above the roof, and the path to the ground has power wiring and internet wiring. There is limited space in my front yard. I was told by several providers that it would take half a day to complete the job. All Pro Tree came out, and spent 1 hour in the morning cutting the big branch and clearing the work site. The quality and efficiency of the work are amazing! Our yard was like a jungle with invasive species and massive old and dead trees that were raining down branches during storms. We got a few quotes and settled on a company that ghosted us. My mother in law found All Pro through a google search, Wesley came out and assessed it and while they were very booked up it took about 6 weeks but that worked for us. They came to do the job today and we're VERY pleased. Wesley led the crew and they were polite, efficient, and really professional. It was a fascinating process to watch. I have yet to have ever written a truly negative review on Yelp, in all my years of "Yelping." Well, here it is: We hired this company and after patiently waiting a few months because everyone is backlogged due to Covid, they came. They came and they tore up our whole backyard with their tire tracks and crushed many gardens and plants. Sure. No problem. Things happen...if you fix it and make it right. We have been absolutely blown off by the company. I called them immediately after they left, and they said they would come and fix it. 2 weeks later, they have not come and when I reached back out, I received the same response. I reached out again after another week, and now have been totally ignored. $1500 and a wrecked yard? Thanks! We will definitely be using someone else next time but I wanted to make sure other people are aware of our experience because we based our choice off of reviews and it doesn't line up with the good reviews we read. Got a quote for three large tree's to be cut and removed. I wasn't planning on getting it done until spring but the office called to say they had an opening the following week, so we took it. All Pro came over with a few large trucks and professional cut all three down within a few hours. They had to watch out for the phone lines and other wires but did it effortlessly. We had a large maple tree with multiple trunks at the corner of our corner lot, where my husband had built a tree fort for our kids when they were small. Next to it was a medium sized pine tree. Both were right next to power lines for the neighborhood, and the maple had one dead and rotting trunk. All Pro Tree Services came (by appointment) on time, removed the top of the maple - all trunks - down to a few feet above the tree fort as requested. They removed the pine completely. All debris was removed, the pine hauled away, and the maple cut into lengths as requested and left for us to do as we wished, just as we requested., The workers were polite and professional, and did great cleanup. The only negative was quickly turned positive, when one of the limbs hit and dented our chain link fence (very slightly) they repaired it that day, and except for a small scuff that I can fix myself, you can't see any damage at all. We have used All Pro Tree in the past, and have had similar positive experiences. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Writing this review as a neighbor of someone who used them. This is for the Framingham office. They did terrible work. They ignored obvious property lines (fence and rock walls) and cut more trees down on our property than theirs. That wouldn't even have been so bad if they'd done the job well, but they just hacked at some of them and left jagged broken off stumps. They left a lot of branches and debris behind on our property, including most of a trunk dangling dangerously from the canopy and at risk of falling on people or structures. And the employees acted like real jackasses when we told them to get off our property and stop. They pretended to be deaf and then pretended to not speak English. Any one of these things would have been bad. Doing all of them makes this a really terrible outfit. read more

Great prices, thorough, and friendly service! All Pro recently did some tree service for us and we could not be more impressed! The man who came out for the quote was friendly and very knowledgable and easy to talk with. He gave great recommendations and was very thorough and flexible. We got a written quote later that day via email and were able to work out all the details. On the day of service the crew arrived early and began tree cutting right away. They had a crane, a wood chipper, and log hauling trucks and even had to do free style climbing for a few due to their locations. Very, very thorough and quick.
