After doing the work unexpectedly, he then tried to charge us out of the blue as if this had been scheduled, even though he never told us he was coming. When we asked why there was no communication and why he was billing us for a service we didn't know was happening, he tried to blame us, saying we misunderstood or didn't follow up when in reality, he never sent a single message confirming anything. This was especially frustrating because the lack of communication was entirely on his end.
