HDD was not spinning up, nor was visible in the BIOS. Andy managed to save all data!! I'd add magically. Though we had to buy a new HDD, this was expected with the amount of damage. Andy is very knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything, provided very accurate estimates (time and cost), kept me updated throughout the process, and even ordered the new HDD directly to the lab so I only had to go there twice.
