They completed the job of cutting overhanging branches and removing a group of six medium size trees all close together near the front of the house. They also cut a thick branch that was leaning toward my neighbor's house, although it was not dead, but just in case it fell in the future. God forbid a client wants to obtain a quote from someone for honest work without having to go to court with the company that quoted them MONTHS ago. This is honestly NUTS. This is the 3rd time we have used Bob's tree service and he is the only tree service we use and recommend to our friends and neighbors.

I explained it so even a 3rd grader could comprehend it, but scribbled in his so called "contract" was to take down the hickory tree with no mention of the ash for $1500.00. So now Bob himself comes on the scene with no mask, and tells me it was my fault, and to remove the branches from the ash would be an additional $1500.00! That obviously didn't get done. This was, in my opinion, a typical bait and switch technique, which is not only unethical, but unprofessional as well. In his his called "contract" it states the pieces would be cut into 15" lengths. Some of them were twice that long! Guess they must have forgotten their ruler. And check out the pictures for the damage they did to my yard. And all this is after I gave him a referral.
