Tim was absolutely happy to help. I'll have to admit, I was afraid what we wouldn't hit our deadline (how many contractors do you know that get the work done right on time?). Tim came through and got the work all done the day before the inspection. While I wouldn't recommend doing short-notice projects like ours was, I can say that I do recommend Tim and CWPR for getting the job done on time. Of course it doesn't hurt that Tim is a friendly and no BS kinda guy. They had to bring in an electrician a few days later to install it correctly. Then they replaced about 20 feet of pressure treated lumber that was supporting a gutter. But they didn't replace it with pressure treated lumber. i wanted to paint the regular 2 x 4 to protect it and make it look better, but they said they had to install it and there was no time to paint it. They could have dropped it off the day before so Icould have painted it.
