I had another company try and make me a set of custom grips and they fell way short. I had saw the work James does on his page and reached out to him. I was wowed by how well he communicated through the whole process. James will make things right when problems occur if they do. I can attest to this because the first set of grips did not fit but were out of this world eye catching and fabulous. When I reached out to him he immediately corrected the problem and made everything right. The supplier of the grips shipped out the wrong type "NOT" James's fault. JM Custom Buckles & Leather Goods did not charge me any extra or give me a hard time about the custom piece not fitting. Nor did they make any excuses. They were reordered and when the new grips arrived he engraved and created an impeccable custom made piece. As in anything we are all human and like the old saying, "Shit happens sometimes!" I'm here to let you know if that does they will make it right. They truly take care of their customers. Any other company could of shifted the blame and said all sales final and tough luck it's a custom piece. James Madison at JM Custom Buckles &Leather Goods did not. I had an amazing experience and James Madison made everything right. I was aware that if you want custom made products it will take awhile to get. As stated if I wanted cookie cutter and something everyone else has I would of just bought grips off the shelf at a store. However, when you're in the market for custom made items it takes time. As bad as I wanted to show off my new purchase. I knew good things come to those who wait. I can tell you the very next day when I was out in public it was less than 5 minutes of walking, I had several people stop me and admire these beautiful pieces of art! They have a beautiful setup which includes a climate-controlled building that is comfortable for dogs and humans alike in addition to high-quality food, treats, plenty of toys, and around-the-clock monitoring to ensure their safety and welfare. In addition to a beautiful 'house' of their own the dogs of Keldrew Ranch get plenty of fresh air and space to exercise outdoors while under the watchful eye of their caretakers. We were favorably impressed from the very beginning -- these folks are very responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us a warm welcome when we came to visit on multiple occasions. All of the dogs are part of their family and enjoy a great deal of socialization from the very beginning which brings out their sweet, gentle disposition. Plenty of personal touches are provided including individual Facebook pages for the dogs with frequent updates with photos and videos. When it came time to transition our little Dakota to his new home with our family they even provided a personal delivery of our precious little puppy with an awesome gift bag including paperwork, a CD with photos, toys, and bags of kibble and treats. Our experience didn't end there -- they have been extremely helpful with much-appreciated follow-up advice and information. Our puppy has made a very smooth transition to our home because of the wonderful care and attention he got from the beginning. Anyone who is looking to add a mini Aussie puppy to their family will not be disappointed by choosing Keldrew Ranch.

In the year we've lived in town they have always been helpful with letting us know when a prescription is running out, when the insurance does or does not pay, etcetera. If you enjoy a personal touch that large chains like Walmart just can't deliver, then this is a business to use. Because they are a pharmacy, not a large drug store like CVS, don't expect to find non-drug stuff. No specials on coffee latte packets or batteries for your watch. Just good service on your prescription drugs. I for one, truly enjoy it.

VERY POOR quality of care…read more I brought my 8 month old dog here because he had a broken leg. They inserted a rod implant and cerclage wire. My dog is very rambunctious and it was difficult for me to keep him extremely still for healing. I asked them multiple times for sedatives to use at home and they refused to give me anything other than anti-anxiety medicine and told me to give him Benadryl. I told them none of that worked for him and they still refused sedatives. My dog was hospitalized (AKA crated 24/7 with little to no human interaction) at their request about a week after surgery due to his misplaced rod causing blood to pool under his skin and pour out from his incision. While being "hospitalized" his surgical procedure failed due to him freaking out while being crated. They STILL refused to give him any sedatives to calm him down. He also came home after 3 days completely dehydrated (dark orange urine) and he had lost a significant amount of weight. I took him to Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital the day after I brought him home from Buffalo Animal Hospital and they immediately gave him pain medicine and sedatives, took an X-ray which "showed implant failure (broken cerclage wire), pin extension into the stifle joint, and soft tissue swelling associated with the proximal aspect of the pin." They consulted with their orthopedic surgery service and they recommended revision so fracture repair due to the implant failure, pin extension into the stifle joint, soft tissue swelling, and concern for possible implant-associated infection. I am not happy with the outcome of this surgery nor the tone in which I have been spoken to by the staff at Buffalo Animal Hospital. On multiple occasions they accused me of "letting him run around" causing problems with his surgery when in fact I have only done exactly what they've told me to do. I firmly believe if I would have kept him home, and not brought him there to be "hospitalized", he wouldn't have broken the cerclage wires and his implant wouldn't have failed. Now I have to bring him to yet another veterinarian to do the surgery to fix what Buffalo Animal Hospital has done to my dog. I will never be back here and I will tell everyone about my experience.

She had first called her primary vet, who after so many years, told them..."we have no one to help you, you'll need to go to a&m for after hours care". My parents were so distraught, knowing that Pixie was in pain, and my mom at the last minute, called your office. Y'all stayed open for them, you examined Pixie, and though it wasn't what any of us had expected, y'all were there for every minute. It meant so much to us what y'all did. My mom told me it seemed y'all truly cared for Pixie, despite meeting her for the first, and last time. Also, thank you so much for the little card!! My mom loved it, and though it brought all the tears back, she will always keep that card nearby. Thank you for what you do, and for doing it so well.
