The sales person also told us that we can also rent a skid steer for a weekend to clear a piece of our land which is not suited for a tractor to clear.

When we dropped off the mower they were busy and did not have the best customer service. Sent us to the service department desk but there was no one sitting at the desk. After a few moments we started looking around and found someone sitting in the office. He helped us and we left our mower for repair. A few days later, I received a call stating the mower was ready. The problem with a mower was a user error not a defective or broken part. Great. When we picked up the mower, we were left standing at the service desk. There were multiple employees that saw us standing there waiting. No one asked if we needed help or got another employee tocome help us. Then, we were told there was a fee that we needed to pay. Never were we told that it was possible we would have to pay a fee. When we dropped off the mower, there was no talk of a fee. When she called to tell me it was ready for pick up, never mentioned a fee. Only when we got there to pick it up were we told we needed to pay $125. Although I feel like since the problem was a simple error and nothing actually had to be repaired so the fee could've been waived or discounted, I understand paying for a service is normal. My complaint is with the poor communication about the fee. United Ag and Turf in Temple has some work to do to improve their customer experience. We will choose somewhere else if we ever need our lawnmower repaired.
