Electrical contractor that wired our in ground pool (2004)- 100 AMP service to pool pad, wired 5 pumps, and Jandy Controls - first class job - neat clean - could not have come out better. 2. Installed / upgraded electrical service in our home 100 AMP to 400 AMP (2004), underground from street to house - again first rate. 3. Installed and wired Whole Generator - including 400 AMP service entrance automated transfer switch (ATS) .(2015) - simply perfect job, clean, straight, done the way that I asked them to do it.....There was a question about installing ATS outside next to the meter pan, or down stairs near the main load center for the house....most electricians wanted to install outside where it was the quickest & easiest to do....but Joe (Co-owner) said it would be better to place down stairs in basement ...cleaner, drier. less apt to rust or deteriorate over time..that is where we ended up placing it...and that was the right place to put it. I got the sense they were doing the work as if they were working on their own family home. Only issue is that they are real busy in the summer time - so I was very happy to schedule my job around the time of the year that they could do it - well worth the wait.

I truly thought after my phone conversation this was going to be a company I could trust. That…read morethere were still people out there that took pride in there work and did the right thing. Boy was I wrong. What a disappointment. There workman told me the battery looked bad, the control module needed to be replaced, and we needed to upgrade the wifi to cellular because there was no wifi out there. All in the first 10 min on a 1 year old generator. The battery was fine and I showed him the date on it and that it was full charged. To which he replied we changed the battery out every three years. He said it won't start must be the control module or mice getting into the wires. He said we can put the generator on a concrete pad so the mice don't get in but he would have to order a control module. Like that would stop mice from getting in and solve all my problems. Having had enough of all the bullshit, I put the fuse back in (which the disconected) , reconnected the on off switch (auxiliary shutdown switch) (which they disconected) and started it right up. Of coarse its not going to start all disconnected. I showed him that the com link did have wifi. Told them to pack up and get off my property. Worst part is calling the credit card company and putting a red a flag on the company and getting a new card issued. Criminal. I'm sure people fall for it. The icing on the cake was generac emailing me that I've been enrolled in there mobile link.

The fact that most of that stuff was added on onsite, and we were able to get a speedy and fair quote and approval was fantastic. The whole team is incredibly respectful, friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy and reliable. Communication was handled in the ways we felt most comfortable, and we never felt like anyone was overstepping or leaving us "in the dark". The work done was absolutely neat, organized, intuitive, and looks better than most of the existing work. They also cleaned every work area they were in, and went above and beyond to accommodate our layout, family, pets, and hectic schedules with other contractors and workers who came and went during their workdays here. They even came out after our "big one" snow storms and quickly and neatly shoveled the pathways from the driveway to the back and side of the house so they could do their work without interrupting us.
