Originally the wait time was months, but because we referenced our previous job we got moved up a little bit for being previous customers. Right at the start this made us feel like J & J Clap valued our business. Kevin returned my call very promptly when I reached out. Since he was already working in town, he was able to swing by the same day. After explaining my issue, Kevin got to work diagnosing the problem. He found the culprit, a poorly wired outlet, within a matter of minutes. Kevin rewired the outlet correctly, installed a new outlet and ensured it was flush mounted; previously, it had not been. He stayed around for a bit and ensured all the other outlets worked and had the correct voltage. This repair gave us back the functionality of the majority of the outlets in our kitchen. I can't say enough about the level of service Kevin provided. He was timely, professional, personable and clean. He charged a very fair price for the work he did. He started with the simple fixes first and continued to diagnose the problem with the wire behind the stove until it was resolved. He cleaned up so well you would never know he was here. From the onset, they showed up on time on Wednesday to assess my needs and provided a very competitive and detailed price quote within hours. They were knowledgeable about the product (not a Tesla) and explained thoroughly what the project entailed. They would be able to do it that Saturday (which was very convenient for me). They arrived early morning on time and spent the entire day snaking the cabling to the garage and moving around some circuit breakers to accommodate the new line. After hooking up the charger they asked me to plug it into my car. Of course, there were issues because the QR code on the charger linking it to my account wasn't working. They patiently waited while I called Customer Support and found out the way to handle the situation. When all was working fine, then and only then, did they clean up everything and leave.
