Last week I ordered balloons and they went down the same day they were delivered. I called back and the customer service was horrible! Even just calling to explain the situation it was as if my concern was non existent and didn't matter. I called back to speak to the manager the following business day and it was the same and no offer to find a solution. Very poor service and they've lost a customer of 10+ years. I would never recommend them to anyone!
