Ordered beef and am disappointed so far. The guys bring out unsorted trays of your order and dump it into your containers, and aren't very friendly. Patties aren't uniform and are frozen together. Hamburger has very dark pieces in it when you open the package and we keep finding ourselves biting down on pieces of bone. Steaks and roasts need at least a little trim, way more fat to deal with than is beneficial for flavor. read more
