They did not notify us until the day after she had escaped (about 30 hours after to be more exact). Apparently they saw her the same day they notified us of her escape but were unable to catch her because "she was too quick for us." I would have believed them but the dog was a nine pound diabetic chihuahua. If you can't catch a little dog like that you shouldn't be in the business of taking care of dogs at all. The worst part about the whole experience is that even though they let the dog escape (never found her, she is more than likely dead), they still asked us to pay for our other dog! These people are hacks and your pet deserves better than to stay with them.
