We were looking for a place to recover the seat of my husband's 25 year old motorcycle. He has had…read moreto do this at least once in the past, but our previous option is no longer in business. At high elevation, the sun is strong and our summer to winter temperatures vary greatly in this climate. Seats do no last long. There are a few places in Denver, one known for fancy stitchery of a very different sort of bike. We were looking for someone who could do the simplicity of our original seat style and not far from Boulder. Boulder no longer has any repair and replacement options for motorcycles. I called a few places I found on Yelp and Google. I found this close and easy to access option with 5 star Yelp reviews and thought we would go talk to them. We did that a few weeks ago and they measured the seat and decided on some simple textured black marine grade covering. It's what the bike originally had on it when we got it new. They ordered the material, gave us the price it would cost to have it done and it seemed totally appropriate to us so we approved it. The work was done in their shop, even though they were in the process of moving the entire establishment to a location about 6 blocks away. Total time was a few weeks, as promised. We could see that they also do furniture and vintage cars as well. Michael and David were so friendly and helpful and true to their word. They are still in need of a new sign out front, so check the directions well to find the parking lot on the west side of Main St, between a restaurant and a used car lot. Note the new address when Yelp posts the change I submitted. It is 1120 Main St. And definitely call first before going out to see about your project.

Once he saw the tear and how small it was he spontaneously reduced the price by just over 27% but the quality of work was not reduced. I did not ask for the reduction, he did right by me. I cannot even make out that that seat in my 2007 Lexus RX 350 even had a tear. Superb work. I highly recommend Steve to everyone who needs to have leather seats repaired. It is far cheaper to repair the tear right away than to allow the tear to expand or replace a panel on the seat or replace the whole leather of the seat which is about $1,000.00 and plus. He came to my office and done quickly. I did not have to wait in a shop for the time he took to repair. I could use that time to attend to my work. The Lexus dealership had quoted me 3 times what I paid Steve. Steve was over 50% less than other similarly reviewed leather repairs. In fact I recommended Steve to the owners of the place I just got my car windows tinted. It is very difficult to find really excellent craftsman at a very reasonable price and Steve is one of the best and HONEST leather repair craftsman in Denver Metro. No one really like or enjoys spending money but here I was happy to part with some of mine for I got superb value with superb workmanship. He took the necessary time to do a superb job.

The did a great job of prepping the house. Scrapping where needed. Great job caulking nails and any joints and cracks. Primed where ever any bare wood was exposed from weathering and scrapping. We did a complete color change and the result was amazing. They use a good quality paint with Sherwin-Williams. I would highly recommend Xtreme Painting for your house paint projects.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.
