The chairs are incredible and adapt to your body size. It is a full body massage with airbags, rolling and heat. It definitely relieves the knots in your back. Leaves you incredibly relaxed and you don't have to interact with anyone except for the assistant on the phone. I love massages but have forgone them during the pandemic. Zero Gravity is a safe way to socially distant and reconnect with a friend, sibling or significant other. It would make a great gift as well. I would recommend going after hours between 7pm-12 am so you don't have to walk in on clients getting their lashes done. The whole place is highly secure & the vibes are safe. When you walk in you go to the room and call the assistant. She will allow time to use the restroom and disinfect you chair. You then take your shoes off at the door close it. Relax in your chair and she will walk you through turning it on and getting the settings just right. The room is ambient and there is some relaxing music playing in the background. I enjoyed it and will be back. If you're more of a physical touch person this won't help you. I enjoyed not having to have someone in my personal space. If you return within 2 weeks they offer a discount. As long as they don't have a booking afterwards they're flexible with time but they prefer you're out of there 10 mins after the massage.
