Huge mistake! Upon going into my room, Chance asked me if there were any specific concerns. I told him that I wanted to do the traditional Swedish massage with aroma therapy, thinking the relaxation would help my back. As i proceeded to mention the muscle tightness, he didn't let me finish and told me to undress to my comfort and left. I should have left then. As he massages my back area, I realize there has to be knots there, and my back feels better when massaged in a certain area. I ask him if he could feel any, and he says oh yes. I asked him if that was bad, and he said it's subjective. Well thanks Mr. Professional. That helps me understand a lot. As he finishes my legs, he tells me to turn over. I ask if we could just focus on my back because it was my main area of concern. He rudely says we will after I turn over. I turn over, and he proceeds to massage my leg. Before he starts on my second leg, I ask again if we could focus on my back and neck area. He said we will finish up there and proceeds to massage both of my arms. When he finally makes it to my neck, with little time left, I ask if I can turn back over because it was hurting. He says if I turn over it will hurt worse and he proceeds even though I'm in obvious pain. At this point, saying anything is pointless as I've been rudely dismissed from the start of this session. When this nightmare and total waste of money is over, I get dressed. As I exit the room and began to walk down the hallway, he laughs. I chose to ignore it as I don't waste my energy with that type of behavior. I wish I had of waited the two days to go where I usually go. One thing is for sure, I will never return to this place or any Massage Envy ever again. My time, money, and referrals will go where I'm treated like a decent, paying customer.

I've never had a male massage therapist so wasn't sure what to expect. I had spoken with the front desk before my appt. and the guy I spoke with was so kind and made a particular comment. I also thought he said he'd be doing my massage....When Chance came in the room I asked if he was the person I spoke with on the phone and he said rather abruptly WE (as if he's a special breed) don't man the phones.' He left while I undressed and then returned. Never a word was spoken which is my preference but he was ROUGH. Thinking maybe my muscles needed this, I tried to tolerate it for a bit but said 'ouch' out loud probably 3 times....no response. Then I'm shaking crying and when I could finally take it no more, I said 'Okay...that's all I can take.' He quickly responded 'Fine. If you want to end the session here I'll meet you up front.' He wasn't up front but the kind young man I apparently spoke with was. He asked me how I felt. I told him I felt as if I'd been beaten up and because this was a prepaid gift card, I left immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR AT THE VERY LEAST, THIS THERAPIST.

However, Mary knows her way around tight and sore back muscles. While she doesn't talk much, except to make sure I'm still breathing. I get the medium plus pressure and feel like I've had a massage, I couldn't image living thru her hard pressure. Will I go again, absolutely! Will I ask for Mary, positively!

I love a good massage, so my expectations were average...decent hands, clean, music, ok. Well, Donovan changed my perspective of what a GREAT massage feels like. The setting is average, but those hands...those hands changed my life today. I've been struggling with some joint pain for a few days and really needed something. That something were those hands. So she offered to do them over so I gave her another chance because she does locks really well. Well I asked her to do false locks in my hair like she did before, they were awesome and I really liked them. So I asked for that same exact hairstyle and apparently she forgot to put the glue on them and they began to unravel!!!! Needless to say I sent her pictures and she told me she forgot to add the glue!! I don't do hair that's why I pay people to do it. Well she told me that she would give me money back but never did!!! I STILL HABE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!! I pay at least $450 a month and nails and feet as well!! If you want your nails done go to Jasmine or Lynn for your feet go to Lee Lee but don't give your money to that thief!!! She knows my hair wasn't done correctly by HER and she isn't woman enough to give me back my money! She must be hard up because for that $140 dollars you just lost $450 make that make sense. These pictures are from the second day after she did my hair!!!!! My head was so sore because she let her assistant put these very small plats in my hair then she tried to forcefully push the crochet needle through!!!
