The day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the lobby was and all of the helpful information posted throughout. Hayes had my Grace (my vehicle, of course) in the back within a few minutes of arriving. I made myself a nice K cup of coffee and relaxed as he started the work. Shortly after, Hayes asked me to come back to show me an issue he ran into while applying the tint to my back windshield. When my back windshield was replaced, somehow the metal tray under the back dash was raised and there wasn't enough room to get the tint on the glass in one corner. Hayes showed me the issue and gave me the options I had, which included tinting but having a gap not tinted where the issue was, or to wait and see what I could do (if anything) about the metal piece. He was even patient and kind with me as I FaceTimed my son to ask his advice, and Hayes also spoke directly to my son to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated him not just going through with the tint job and being unhappy with the gap that would exist. I haven't had the job done yet, but I will absolutely go to Tint Pro when I'm ready!

The tint is lighter than what I wanted and less durable. He did not mention this to me at all until the job was already completed. However, I just accepted it since it took them 6 hours to complete the service. Aside from all of that, I later discovered that all four of my interior door panels were damaged--cracked and loose--clearly from being pried open during the install. I contacted the shop, Fortino agreed to fix the issue but later gave the run around. He fully denied responsibility and refused to offer any compensation or help with repairs. I provided photos and documentation, but they never followed up. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a professional service and expected my car to be treated with care. I would not recommend this business at all based on how they handled this situation.

This month, I'm having to dispute the $49.99 with my bank because modwash had horrible quest services. They claimed they didn't have a mobile app or mobile friendly site, so my "account pause" and "cancel" didn't successfully do that.. until after I was charged, then that same mobile site was able to successfully cancel my subscription. I sent a screenshot of the mobile site giving me issues, along with proof the account was paused. All they could say was I agreed to the terms and conditions and should have successfully canceled the account 3 days prior.. The charge date was the 5th of September, the day after a holiday, and the guest services had been out of office for 3 days. The supervisor for guest service was rude and unprofessional.

Though it was late at night (about 4 AM), he didn't mind and told us all we needed to know without any fuss. He helped get the car back into the garage and the whole process took less than half an hour. It was $55 plus a $10 charge for overnight service which is reasonable in my opinion. Though it's unfortunate our car is giving us issues, Doug didn't and I'm happy to hand him 5 stars. If something comes up in the future and we're nearby, we'll call Huff's again.
