The gentleman at Latta automotive was called to tow my car and store it until I could find someone to get it back home. He was very easy to communicate and kept us updated. Not once did he try to convince me of expensive or unnecessary repairs. My car is toast, there was nothing we could currently do with it. He talked to us about what led up to the car stopping and everything in between, gave some advice. As a woman, I am all too familiar with shady mechanics trying to talk me into repairs that aren't needed (my dad is a mechanic and I will be calling for him to double check or advice). The owner never did that. My dad was going to drive 3 hours to come pick them car up but it would need to he stored until he could get there (next day). The owner would not let us pay him for the night of storage. He came in when the shop was closed and even helped load it. Would not let us pay him for his help either. If I am ever in Latta and need help, I know who I will be calling. Hands down the best service I have recived in regards to towing and automotive care. A small owned business who 100% deserves business.

Willie is the caller and I was pleasantly surprised by the way he talked to me and explained the procedure and how I will be kept informed of findings and cost, if any,before any needed repairs. I have always been apprehensive about having any kind of car repairs from people I don't know because of hearing that often women get taken advantage of, especially older women by repair people. Willie was very respectful and talk to me in layman terms so that I could understand. I informed him that my son may be contacting him about the car and Willie offered to contact him or be called if he had any question. I really appreciated his demeanor and reassurance that they will be able to find out what the problem with the car is and what is the repair needed to get it back on the road. I called my son and gave him the phone number as well as Willie's name as the contact person. I am very confident that my car is in good hands. Thank you Lumberton Kia and Willie in the service department for easing my mind that my car will be taken care of.

My fiance asked to speak to the lady that he had been corresponding with over the phone. At this point Maurice stated to "calm down" as if we were being hostile. We sat down and we were told the the honda was already sold but he offered to show my fiance another car. My fiance stated he was only interested in a manual car. At this point the salesman seemed agitated and began to cut my fiance off everytime he spoke. And pretty much pushed us out the door without any regard. The way we were treated at this place was pretty piss poor and unacceptable. We will never step foot in there again and will advise everyone that's looking to purchase a car to look elsewhere.

With nothing much around between towns, we thought we were in for a long wait for a AAA tow. Fortunately, this unassuming family shop was just 5 miles off the highway. They immediately picked up our call and told us to come on by. Our tire was able to get us there going slowly and stopping to pump more air in every couple miles. The folks here don't speak much English, but they replaced my tire and had us back on the road in under 15 minutes! They also could have price gouged me given that I was clearly desperate, but only charged $90 for the new tire and labor. Highly recommend this business for anyone who needs honest car help, especially if you find yourself in a similar situation.

We ended up stranded in this business' parking lot... our dually dumping diesel from the engine…read morearea... and we were from out of town (4 hours from home). The owner came out, after hours, and made sure we were safe and our truck was put in their queue to get checked out. Due to the age of our truck, the required part was not available, The crew at this garage managed a work around that got my family, and truck, back home. With us being in a bind, and from out of town, and on a weekend... this shop could have ripped us off. They didn't. They were more than fair and the customer service absolutely can not be beat.
