They do not answer their business phone. Tried several times yesterday to no avail. Tried this morning (8:00 A.M. apprx.) and no answer. Minutes later the line was busy for about 30-45 minutes. They also do not have their voice mail box set up. 2. Finally go thru via a cell phone provided to me by a dealership. Gave him my address. Now we're O:K? Right? Wrong! He couldn't find the place..........this towing "service" has been out 3 times to my place of residency. Yes, he's on the right road. Excellent!!! But, he's in the WRONG county!!! 3. Then another driver (I'm trying to save the I.D. of this klan) said he would be out. He called back wondering what roads intersect with what. This is a local company. Go figure. He was lost just like the above driver. 4. Later....the other driver (see #2) above, said that he (his co-worker) had picked up the vehicle. Really???? It's still here!!!! ***************************************************************************************************************** From 08:00A.M. ......til.....01:00P.M.
