Her studio is really neat! She has a love of nature and makes most if not all of her backgrounds by hand. Pretty cool! I had always wanted to get an extended family picture and thought why not try Lillian and Grace. I asked Rachael if she would come to my house and take a large group family picture as well as small group pictures. She gladly accepted and was genuinely excited to take pictures outside of the studio. Rachael was super easy to work with. She responds promptly to any questions or ideas and is definitely not pushy. She made adults feel comfortable posing and made the kids laugh to get a natural smile! Very soon after taking our photos, she sent me the proofs. I was thrilled with the pictures. Even my husband who doesn't like his picture taken loved the photos. Everyone felt great and loved the way they looked in our pics. The toughest part was trying to decide which prints to buy!! I bought a few right away and bought more shortly after. I will definitely use Lillian and Grace for photos again and highly recommend you do as well!

From the moment I talked to Kim, I knew we were in good hands. I felt so supported by Kim throughout the whole process and knew I could reach out to her with any questions, which she always answered so helpfully. On the day of, she was great at keeping everyone on schedule (which isn't always the easiest), especially since we had a lot of picture demands and a big wedding party, but I never felt rushed or felt like I didn't get the right shot. She made my husband and I feel immediately comfortable, which was amazing seeing as we hadn't done any engagement picture and had zero idea what to expect.
