I needed a fast notary public and Samantha is the best! Now I have to add extra words just to get this to post.

S & W is very professional. They never failed to update me on the progress of my service and sent my paperwork back in a timely manner.

who would have ever thought??? I need a process server. How do lawyers get the papers to flow?…read moreLook at t linkedIn to see reviews for process server paperwork for documents anywhere in Tampa Bay. For example: "Very fast and reliable." "Technologically advanced rendition of services." "Needed same day filing of a Complaint across the State. I made one phone call and one email and Beau had it taken care of. Customer service and trustworthiness you can count on. Great company for all your service needs." "His rates are the best around and he can handle the "tough" cases, as well as the routine ones."

The papers were served within a few days and the return of service and invoice were emailed to Accurate Service within a week of his request for service. The invoice is still outstanding as of April, 2026. I have sent multiple requests to Beau Charlet regarding the outstanding invoice and ultimately had to file a complaint with the National Association of Professional Process Servers. The invoice was for $75.00 with a late fee of $15.00 which is attached to any invoice outstanding for over 30 days. I would absolutely not recommend this business and I would caution any other process servers to get payment up front if Beau Charlet requests service of papers in another state. The professional conduct of Accurate Service and Beau Charlet is absolutely appalling.

From the moment I called to 2 weeks later, it's been very simple and easy and a pleasant experience…read more. Their app makes it that much easier. Also, was assigned a case manager and attorney. Both reached out to let me know they are available to reach via a text, phone call or email.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the handling of my personal injury case by Morgan &…read moreMorgan. My primary concerns are the lack of communication, failure to provide timely updates, apparent lack of review of my medical records, and the ongoing delay in distributing my settlement funds. After Morgan & Morgan accepted my case, I consistently found myself having to initiate contact in order to obtain updates or move the case forward. Throughout the representation, phone calls, voicemails, and emails frequently went unanswered, often requiring multiple follow-up attempts before receiving any response. After I completed medical treatment, communication became even more limited. At one point, I was informed by my attorney that I was not injured. This statement was surprising given the medical treatment I had undergone and the ongoing pain I continued to experience. The statement led me to question whether my medical records and treatment history had been thoroughly reviewed before that conclusion was reached. When I challenged that assessment and explained that I remained in pain, I was told the matter would be reviewed and that I would receive a return call within a few hours. That call did not occur, and I did not receive meaningful follow-up until several days later despite repeated attempts to contact the firm. The lack of responsiveness became so concerning that I ultimately sent a written request asking Morgan & Morgan to cease representing me. Only after that request did communication resume. I was later asked to sign a demand package and was informed that the insurance company generally had 30 days to respond. When that period expired, I received no proactive update from the firm regarding the status of my claim. Once again, I was required to make multiple calls and send multiple emails before receiving any information. I was eventually informed that my claim had been denied due to an alleged administrative mix-up. Following additional requests for action, I was informed that a lawsuit would be filed. However, shortly thereafter, I was advised that the matter had settled. Despite the settlement being reached, communication again became inconsistent and difficult. More than three weeks after settlement, I was informed that the firm was still waiting for an itemized bill from my medical provider. Concerned about the delay, I personally contacted the clinic and obtained the requested documentation within 48 hours. I then provided the documentation directly to Morgan & Morgan. Despite receiving the requested documents, I was unable to obtain a clear timeline regarding the release of my settlement funds. When I asked when I could expect payment, I was informed that no estimated disbursement date could be provided. At this point, the insurance company has settled the claim, attorney fees have been addressed, and medical providers have received payment. However, I, the injured client, have still not received my portion of the settlement proceeds. The pattern throughout this representation has been a lack of communication, delayed responses, failure to provide status updates, and the burden being placed on me to repeatedly follow up in order to obtain information about my own case. As a client, I expected timely communication, reasonable diligence, and transparency regarding the handling of my claim. I respectfully request a review of the firm's handling of this matter, including: 1. The failure to maintain regular communication and provide timely responses to client inquiries. 2. The apparent failure to adequately review and assess my medical records before conclusions were communicated regarding my injuries. 3. The repeated delays that required me to personally obtain documents necessary to move the case forward. 4. The lack of transparency regarding settlement processing and disbursement timelines. 5. The continued delay in releasing my settlement funds despite settlement having been finalized. I am requesting immediate clarification regarding the status of my settlement proceeds and prompt disbursement of any funds owed to me. As a client who entrusted Morgan & Morgan to represent my interests, I believe I was entitled to a higher level of communication, diligence, and professionalism than I received throughout this process.

I do not like posting bad reviews but I feel as though people should be warned. I used this firm…read morefor review of my healthcare employment contract. They told me one price beforehand and charged me 180% of the quoted price afterward. He charged me 0.8 hours for speaking with him, when the conversation was completed on my cell phone which recorded our talking time to be 9 minutes and 54 seconds. On top of that, my 10 minute conversation was had while the attorney was driving in his car and he offered no real sage advice. When I confronted the attorney about that he made up hokum and said the price was not going to change despite the fact that I was polite with him & made it clear that I wanted to engage in business long term. what should have been a $250-300 bill cost me $500 and hi advice was so meaningless that I made no changes to my contract whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this law firm and Mike Magdison. Fortunately I have since found an honorable healthcare attorney who charges what she says and actually makes a difference. I told her the story and she said that many lawyers are predatory like this.
