I called and was seen post op twice. My first visit I was assured everything was fine. My 2nd visit was totally different. A very quick glance in my mouth and hurried " it's fine". I made my 3rd attempt yesterday, once again stressing something is wrong, only to be told that I would not be seen again and given a name of a doctor in Birmingham AL. After asking for an x-ray of my jaw and being told that they no longer treat people with TMJ or jaw (bite) issues. I have no idea if I have TMJ or not. All I was asking was for them to exam it , xray or whatever they could do to help determine it. I absolutely did not have these issues until the surgery I had done at this office. I am now in worse pain and discomfort than I was before I ever stepped foot in this office. Now to be left high and dry and told to go somewhere else!

He doesn't listen to what his patients are telling him when there are problems. He just ignores them. In my case he ignored me through 3 months of migraines and massive pain. Finally, after visiting a TMJ specialist it was confirmed that my braces were causing me all the pain I'd been dealing with but Dr. Lehman still would not listen to me; instead he got mad because I'd gotten a second opinion. His failure to listen to me has cost me a lot of lost time & money. I ended up having to take my husband in with me to confront him at which time he screamed at both of us and threatened to call the police saying that we were harrassing HIM! Three days later, my sister gets a call informing her that they do not, in fact, take workman's comp cases, and she has to start over from scratch. I called to clarify because I was sure it was a mistake, and the woman I spoke to was rude and deeply unsympathetic. She gave us no recommendations for a new oral surgeon, and she seemed irritated that I would ask. We finally found a new doctor, who not only told us that she actually also has a fracture in her mandible, but the gum has healed too much, so now she has to wait three months for surgery. Know that if you don't have private insurance, you're not welcome here, and you'll be made to feel like trash. They care about profit over people.

After more than 36 hours and multiple calls, Dr. Miller called back to say he wasn't going to see her. We have been waiting to see him to be discharged and he couldn't be bothered at any point to call the hospital to let them know he wasn't coming. To top it off, my mother has even been a patient in this practice. The level of competency and complete lack of care is astounding. If this is the level of care they give patients, then maybe they shouldn't be the practice Huntsville Hospital uses for consults. It is unconscionable for this to have happened. Even if there wasn't anything he could do, the professional thing to do would have been to let the hospital staff know he wasn't going to see her before 36 hours had passed. It is simply unbelievable.

ZERO STARS!! This is by far the worst dentist & office I've ever been to. Dr Bentley ruined…read moremultiple teeth that I had to get redone by another dentist costing me way more. First, I had a tooth with a stain between the teeth that I asked about multiple times but was told it was fine & it wasn't a cavity. Because she didn't take care of it, I had to have a root canal & crown done when I changed dentists because it was indeed a cavity & ended up deep. Should have just been a filling with her the year before when I asked about it. Then I had a tooth lose blood flow so it sadly passed away. She said it would be fine to leave it. Turns out it needed a crown as well & because it was so much later, the tooth became brittle & I had to have more extensive repair done. And lastly, my back tooth had a cavity just on the side & she said it needed a root canal & to be crowned but when I came in she didn't do the root canal but crowned it when it could have just had a filling. I had extreme pain in that tooth from then on when it didn't even bother me before she touched it. She redid the crown a few times but I ended up having to have a root canal done anyway since she filed my tooth all the way down. Not only this, but she only does half the work! She lets her assistants do most of the work which is completely unprofessional especially with something like a crown! There's also one assistant there, I don't know her name but she's older, and she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable about my teeth that I already felt self conscious about. She told me I should get all of my front teeth crowned instead of getting braces and said "they would look so much better" and "they'll have to be crowned one day anyway"...What!? Yeah I left after all that and tried to just move on. Then they call me over a year later about Xrays that weren't covered by my insurance and literally couldn't answer any of my questions. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
