After 5 years they still hadn't rectified it - this after 4 on site visits and re-measurements and countless excuses blaming supply from the United States, shipping hold ups, Covid and changeover of staff and many unanswered phone messages, emails and written letters. I ended up moving for other reasons so god knows what happened with the new owners. Go elsewhere for your windows and doors!
