I've never been to a worse bowling alley do not come here if you actually want to bowl. You spend more time waiting for the pins to reset than bowling. My lane broke down 4 times and each time it took at least 6 minutes for an employee to get off of their phone. Very new and clean space. Tons of lanes (30 i think) and very well managed. Big triangular tables with chairs are behind each lane, so you are designated seats. Just dont be a jackhole and take other lane's table. Everything seems well kept, and bathroom clean, unlike those you find in typical bowling alleys. now on to beers. Such a great place to hang out with a few of your friends, have a few drinks, maybe some wings. We usually go at nights when they have specials going on. There have never been a bunch of kids there when we went so that's always good because we can get pretty rowdy, especially if there's a bet going on and beer involved. All of the employees are always very helpful and fun and the place is always in good condition-- nice and clean and organized. There is also an arcade part of the building right behind the lanes, but I'll be honest with you, I've never really played any of the games or anything and I've only ever seen about three other people in there... We came in for a large family outing today. We took 2 lanes and from the first ball struggled. We had to have both lanes reset multiple times. Lane 24 kept "dropping" a pin so we repeatedly had to bowl with an empty lane and to then be given a strike. Lane 23 was off most of the day and started with the number of pins the person before left up, putting 10 pins down for the second ball. Luckily it was the kids lane and they didn't really understand as long as they got to throw the ball. The staff was always able and willing to walk out and rectify the problems. Near the end it was just easier to roll with it and finished out the game without getting help after asking multiple times for help at the beginning. I say this because there is no question that they knew how much we struggled. Multiple times we commented that if we were not just having fun as a family but competitive we would have been very angry. When we were done and went to pay we reiterated how much trouble we had and were told "sorry. Your total is..." which was full price. I don't normally like to write a bad review without giving someone a chance to make it right privately. But, chances were given and nobody seemed to care. Even a small gesture would have been enough to "make it right" with us we really are an easy going crowd. But, all we got was a dismissive "sorry" and a bill. read more

Visited from out of town and needed something to do with my disabled 16 year old. She likes to bowl, but needs gutter guards. When I asked the attendant to set up the gutter guards he said they don't set them up for people over 8 years old, because they had just had them fixed and they sometimes break. I indicated my daughter has a disability and all he would offer is a ramp, but he would not put up the gutter guards. We already had shoes and had picked out our bowling balls. We played one game. She got very frustrated. We paid and left. I've never been to a bowling alley that won't put up gutter guards for people with disabilities. The alley needs to review it's policies. read more

Had a birthday party for my little guy here and we couldn't have been happier. They worked with us to make a party affordable for a large family. Bowling prices are pretty cheap, however we come here on Thursdays for $5 pitchers and $1 pizza slices and for 2 Thursdays in a row they refused to make any more pizza at 10:45 when they close at 12:30 and closed the bar over an hour early for no reason. They decide when they wanna stop serving food and alcohol at random times when they aren't supposed to close until 12:30. No point to bowl here if you wanna eat or drink cause you won't get to the entirety of your time here. read more

I couldn't believe how we were treated today and we were the only people in the place. We have gone to SI Bowl on numerous occasions and I am not a good bowler by any means. We have always asked to have bumper put up because I am there to have FUN, I am not a league bowler. Martin, the Asst. Manager, refused and even after we bowled a game where I got a whopping 58, he still refused telling me I was an adult and it was against policy. I can't tell you the number of times we have spent hours there, and have never been refused the usage of bumpers. Needless to say you have lost my business. Where I probably would have spent at least $30 today you got ZERO and since we were your only customers you could have used the business. When I bowl, I pay for the lane usage, so what difference does it make if I want the bumpers up. I want to have FUN not get frustrated because I suck at bowling. I don't know when this "policy" went into effect but it is stupid. I have been there with my co-workers and we had the bumpers up. My daughter took me there for Mother's Day where we planned to spend several hours laughing and having fun. "Martin" ruined the day. I will make a point to tell everyone I know how "family friendly" your establishment really is. Families cannot go and have fun. read more
