The team member tried calling him, no answer, she went to get him, he was still Otp. Folks who were in line were exiting. I went to see him and let him know we were going to wait and come back, because we've been waiting. Which we probably should have because we later located JD which seems more of a preference. He came in, still on the phone to enter the discounted code. For $14 off. My guy was like that was an extra 30-45 minutes for some dollars. Hell yeah I like my discounts. Even if he's paying for it. I like that the management was knowledgeable about the support of the shoes and what would provide more comfort which I was seeking. I selected the on cloud for comfort support. It made an error on the discount reason and put: damage. Now if I need to exchange for any reason I don't want any trouble. But that was not suppose to be on my invoice. He signed it for conformation and customer satisfaction's. And I appreciate that.
