After I paid, I wasn't even placed in their system for nearly a week. I had to message them myself to ask why there were no updates, and only then was I added. If I hadn't reached out, I honestly don't know when anything would have been done. Communication was also a major issue. I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.

They offered us services such as a network of process servers (in various areas) and long duration stakeouts (if necessary). Moving forward was able to send out a process server the next day to catch the boyfriend. After that the girlfriend was made aware by the bf and attempted to evade. John himself at this point, actually had to stake out the Girlfriends alleged new address for 4 hours and eventually served her. After the job was done, he even filed the serving paperwork with the courts for me after as well.
