I replied back and suggested it would be helpful for them to inquire when / what a potential client's requests are before just declining them, and got another rude note back. Would suggest the business just remove their inquiry page if they're declining all requests anyway, or ask more specific questions around timing at minimum.

They loved the pictures of their own children, and the moms' (who can be very critical of how they themselves look) were also pleased with the pictures of themselves! Not an easy task! Jeannie was open to trying backgrounds we suggested, but we did find that there was experience and wisdom in her recommendations. and ended up picking mostly those she had suggested. Finally, the shoot itself was an enjoyable family memory with Jeannie radiating flexible patience and effortlessly bringing sweet order to chao.
