They were extremely flexible in moving it out and making everything work for us. Once the time finally came they made sure to capture every moment the way we wanted. They worked closely with us to determine what our priorities were and quickly adapted to our large and complex families. Not only are they extremely talented but also very professional and two genuinely nice people to spend the most important day of our lives with. We received our pictures back super fast too and could not be more pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend you to trust in them for your special day.

They both have very warm yet professional personalities that make you feel very comfortable during their shoots. I can't say I am surprised with how great our engagement and wedding photos came out because you can clearly see what they produce! It's no fluke! You can suggest a photo idea, but I guarantee it has already been covered! But even so, during the shoot they always stop and ask your opinion and if you have any specific ideas (which is beyond courteous). I can't even begin to explain HOW smooth our wedding day went. You will never find another pair of photographers more organized and on TOP of literally everything! We never felt rushed, and we were NEVER behind on time. Jon and Pete did a fabulous job keeping me (Sam) calm the whole time and reassuring me (Nick) that everything was going wonderfully, always with a smile on their faces! Jon and Pete were loved by our entire guest list! We got endless complements with how professional, friendly and amazing they were! They're truly the best photographers you could book for ANY shoot! -Sam&Nick

Her first email communications seemed professional and legit when we booked the appointment. After that many emails went unresponded to so much so that we didn't even know if the session was still happening until the last minute. When Kaity finally showed up she was frazzled, didn't seem to know what she was doing at all, or how to manage the situation. She had us meet her on the beach on the windiest day of the summer. It was such a disaster that I finally had to demand we leave and try to take pictures back at our vacation home, because everyone's hair was blowing all over the place and taking one good photo would have been impossible. Back at the house things improved, but also seemed very hurried, she didn't seem to have command of anything, and the situation seemed like a big old mess. After the shoot Kaity demanded payment without even so much as a preview of the photos. Since this was all we had for this vacation, my sister decided to just pay her so she could at least salvage some cute pictures of her kids. I have to say, with complete and total honesty, these were the worst photos I have ever seen in my life. WORST EVER. Completely unprofessional, we all looked horrendous, there was not one good shot taken at all, almost as if she didn't try, or likely took an online photography class and purchased a fancy camera. We also expressed that we are typically used to seeing a link with previews prior to paying full price, but she insisted so we complied. Big mistake. Do yourself, and your family a favor and go get a disposable camera from CVS, turn off all the lights so you and your family are standing in a dark room and then take some pictures. I promise they will come out better than anything Kaity Atzert can take for you, and you'll have saved yourself a completely wasted 225 bucks. But hey, what can you expect from the Jersey Shore....

I spent a significant amount of time searching for a photographer and videographer, and Enchanted…read morewas one of the vendors recommended by my venue. I ended up choosing Enchanted because the price was good compared to the others. Now I understand why their pricing is lower compared to the other vendors. The photographer and videographer were nice and did their job capturing raw footage. However, I was under the impression that the photographer who attends the wedding would also handle the editing and Photoshop work, but that was not the case. Instead, the editing seems to be outsourced to a low-budget team, which was reflected in the quality of the photos. The corrections and retouching lacked professionalism and it show in the final results. This seems to be how they keep costs down, though it was never mentioned upfront--had I known, I would not have proceeded. The bigger issue is that because so much of the work is outsourced, there's no real communication or connectivity throughout the process within their teams, leaving me with disappointing results. They also didn't complete my short video properly. Random audio was assigned without my approval, and no one followed up with me. On top of that, their coordination was poor. Emails came from multiple addresses, coordinators were often "out of office," and updates felt random and inconsistent. Now they're even asking to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift card. Your wedding photos and videos are some of the most important keepsakes of your special day. I regret not choosing a more reputable vendor, even if it meant paying more.

The portrait came with a cheap plastic piece that was not adequate for sticking onto the wall. My in-laws had tried to hang it several times but it fell and damaged the photo. Enchanted Celebrations refused to rectify the situation or send a new portrait. The price that we paid for the portrait was $213.25 and we would think that they would be more sympathetic or include a more sturdy piece for hanging the portrait. I wouldn't recommend ordering an acrylic print for the price or reaching out to management, Cheryl, with concerns. Further, Cheryl appeared confused regarding the acrylic and canvas prints when I tried explaining the difference between the two and how the acrylic print was the one that came with an unsuitable hanging mechanism. She kept saying that the canvas print had been checked thoroughly prior to shipping, ignoring what I was explaining regarding the hanging mechanism. I even offered to show them photos of everything but they were not interested in seeing them.
