Charged a lot of unnecessary extra fees and also charged my credit card weeks later without authorization

I have used them 2 times so far : but I drove to their shop both times. Fast service, so that's a super bonus. Price seems average, but the guys there try their best to get you out of there fast- well, there literally is no parking so the sooner they move you the better - lol- you'll see if you go to their place! But the great news is that for about $50 more they can come to you! That's right!! So if your tire is flat on the ground and you're in a pickle: they will come to rescue you! TodAy I priced it both ways but chose to go to their office again (I needed the savings, and my tire was not totally deflated, so all was good). read more

I called them over the phone to schedule an appointment, waited two days, then when I called them because they were late on their appointment, they cancelled on me. Very unprofessional, they are not interested in "small jobs" I suspect. Unless you are a business or are rich and drive a luxury car, they are not interested-Just look at their photos. No regular cars, minivans, or work trucks. If their competitors were smart, they would undercut them and rack up these small jobs, get word of mouth going and expand. Read all the negative reviews, they pretty much back up what happened to me. Let all your friends and family know that this company doesn't cater to working Americans. read more

We had two tires blow out on our RV, in a remote location. S.O.S answered our call and helped us even though we were out of their usual territory. Yenier, the service tech, was so kind and conscientious. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this business. read more

These guys always help us out when we are in a pickle. I just wish they weren't so busy so that we would have them on weekend days.

Wife got a puncture (some random wood in the road) and due to covid many places were running reduced hours. I called at the end of the day on a Friday and got an appointment next day Showed up in a clearly marked truck, was clear about pricing, did a nice clean job. The wheels are gloss black, no scuffs near the tire or the bolts. Was worth the extra money for the convenience and safety of having them come and take care of it in our driveway. This review is for Jose who just patched a flat at my home! First of all he arrived earlier than the quoted time (after giving me a convenience call letting me know he was 15 mins away), he checked out my flat (which had a nail but was reparable thank goodness since I just bought these tires a few months ago), after he consulted me he pulled off my tire and repaired it and was super friendly about the whole thing. I think from start to finish was maybe 20-25 mins. It was awesome from calling and booking it, to saying bye and thanks. 5 stars and will definitely use in the future as well as recommend to friends and family! read more

This is an outstanding service. I had both passenger tires flat from a road hazard. Vehicle totally stranded at my place. They picked up the new tires from the dealer (only place that had them) and showed up on time and did an absolutely outstanding job. It was quick and efficient. The tech, Enrique, was polite and really took pride in his job. Anyone like myself who doesn't have time to wait at a tire store (or just doesn't want to) would be crazy not to use this service. Omg thank you so much for fixing our valve stem on our Ford F-350 dually. The tire has been losing air for a couple months and it is a pain to deal with. I searched the net and decided on you guys as you handle big rigs, tractors,cars,and trucks. I knew that whatever needed to be rigged up to work you could do. The bomb!! So grateful...didn't have to worry about driving and getting stuck on the road, for I realized tire was low as soon as I switched on the ignition. Jose came sooner than predicted to plug the tire.. I was able to pay via his smartphone and have my receipt emailed to me...felt like the Apple Store for tire repair...I would highly recommend them! These guys are fantastic. I will never buy tires from anyone else. The absolute best experience I've ever had. I called Louis and told him what I wanted and he quoted me on the spot for a standard tire in the right size. I asked for prices on 3 different premium tires. He called me back within 30 minutes and the prices were better than anyone else had quoted. We scheduled the appointment for the following day at my office. His crew showed up right on time, did the whole job in 45 minutes while I continued working. It saved me a 1/2 day of sitting in a tire shop. I practically made money on this deal. I called Thursday around 2pm and explain that both my tire blew out, then my spare after driving about 3 miles on it. I had the truck towed to my place and was stuck. The guy/liar schedules me for "Friday at 5:00pm" for my appointment. I should have known better but trusted this bag of feces. So at 4:30pm Friday afternoon he calls to say his guy can't make it but "might make it sometime on Saturday". The liar wasn't even man enough to tell me on Thursday when I called that he didn't want my business. I hate to say it, but it is small time rif-rafs like this that make consumers like me depend on larger companies. Thank God for Triple-A and I pray to Him this joke of a "business" goes under. read more
