Salesman took pictures of all issues and problems. We felt he was knowledgeable and courteous so we agreed to a $1300 deposit. He emphasized must be dry, scheduled for June. We attempted contact with the company through emails several times. The schedule date was June 27'th. On June 25 two men wanted to come early to remove debris and mold removal. These two busted their hump , we were very impressed with their work. So July 1 was the next scheduled day and it was to complete the job. On the July 1'st scheduled day we received a call from office stating they can't come. They could not come until July 9'th which was a Saturday????? The three man crew also worked very hard in extremely dirty tight quarters. Once again we were impressed with the company laborer's. For some reason the management team only scheduled us for that Saturday ,meaning the laborer's would not return on Monday July 11'th to finish. Mind you back in February the entire job would only take two days. EVALUATION: Healthy Spaces has an over booked labor force, So Far The Healthy Spaces labor force is what keeps them afloat. Healthy Spaces administration/management is disorganized chaos. If you ever watched "SEINFELD" the are equivalent to the Reservation episode Well today is TJuly 14,2022 still no calls or workers. I called the office on Cullen Ave. the office crew had no clue of when they were returning to finish. Was told the manager would call by end of the day, I said BEFORE the end of today. Well at 4:30 pm received a call but not from the manager. Miraculously they will have a crew here at 08:00 am to finish the job (all in one day) Well they finally completed the job , I had to request finished pictures, drier venting hose was crushed , so I hired a plumber to replace it. I hope it makes the floor less cold this winter. I guess the days of great service is gone. I won't say not to use then just be aware of the scheduling mayhem.

I tried to get this person to send me pictures of what he saw under my house to my email address so I could take it to my bank to beg to borrow money. He did not want to send me pictures. He kept sending them on my phone and I asked him not to because I did not have a great phone and the screen was pretty small. I said I wanted them on email so I had something I could show them at the bank he took over 20 pictures underneath my house and then showed me everything on his computer and then he refused to email them to me and when he finally did email me pictures. It was only five pictures and they were very vague and it didn't really show anything so I lost trust in this business and decided to call somebody Else to come and do an inspection. Thanks to a company called TFS they came and got under my house along with my son-in-law, who knows a little bit about the subject also and he found no issues in my crawlspace. Now the curious part is the pictures this man was showing me I'm wondering who's crawlspace that was because it could not have been mine because I know who built my house And the second inspection company that came to my house did not find any issues so that should tell you something about be careful who you deal with. I knew the people that built my house personally they were professional builders with an excellent reputation. They did a good job building my house. My only thing that I can say is buyer beware always get at least a second opinion maybe three because you never know who's gonna try to scam you.

Friendly gave us the answers that we needed and I was very happy with the decision that I made. After going back and forth for quite some time on pricing at agreement with the insurance the work finally started 2 and 1/2 months after the fire. The gentleman that started the work was supposed to start on the inside so we could move back in sooner. He started on the front porch. To say that everything that could go wrong, or be done wrong was, is an understatement. Flashing didn't match on the corners. There were gaps everywhere it was just truly an amateurish job. When the outside was done they moved to the inside which just needed a little drywall work but the living room and hallway needed to be painted. The estimate included removing and replacing the light switch covers and light switches Outlets and the baseboards. They were also supposed to clean the walls, Prime them, and then paint. When I say that they did the worst painting job imaginable I'm not exaggerating. There were areas where the roller didn't cover on the ceiling. There was paint on the ceiling fan, paint on my hardwood floors. You could see the previous color coming through the paint, this indicated that there was no primer done, or sealant of any kind. The hall was being painted a dark color and it was splotchy you could see paint brush marks and it was just a very bad job. On all things that were wrong they did come back and fix them. But in having to come back and fix things it was making us not be able to be in our home that much longer. When the painting had to be redone I was told that they were going to send the good crew. My question is why didn't I get the good crew to begin with? Or at least somebody who knew what to do. I did have these complaints given to the project manager, and he was empathetic. He and the owner came to my house to express their embarrassment for the way that this project had gone. This is because a 4-in circle of paint came off the wall, because it was not cleaned. I was happy with that resolution, we got it all figured out they came out they repainted and everything looked fine. A week later a second spot of paint came off of the wall this one is about 6 in. I did reach out to the project manager and have gotten no type of response from him at all. I did my part I paid the bill. I feel like we're going to continue to have problems with the paint job that they did and it's just heartbreaking. If you use them make sure that you get the good crew, or your house will never be the same again.

One of the major problems is that the pony wall had come away from the exterior wall. We also had mold in the shower under the caulking. Lisa's company found that the pony wall had only been attached to the exterior wall by one little screw into the plaster board. Jason not only took out some of the plasterboard and inserted a 2 x 4 to attach the pony wall to the exterior, but also got in the crawl space and attached the wall to the floor. He put it all back and it's perfect. Also, all of the mold is gone. He also worked on a couple other areas that needed finishing. Why didn't we go back to the original company? We found their finishing work was not acceptable. We didn't want them to come back and not fix it correctly and end up with the same problems. My pictures show the before and after. Another note, there was no stress put on this pony wall to cause it to move away from the exterior wall. It's attach to a walk-in tub that we had only used 4 times in those two years. Regarding the caulk, several people had told us that mold under the caulk was a sign it was not installed properly, and they had never seen that bad of a condition UNDER the caulk to occur in such a short time. We hired Ron and his team to waterproof our basement, as we had significant flooding. They dug a…read moreditch around the perimeter, installed tubing, and a new sump pump. They also came back to fill cracks that were still leaking. We were told that over time the water and static pressure would find it way to the perimeter. Since then we have had our floor epoxyed and sealed. Well over a year later we had bubbles forming under the epoxy, and eventually bursting, leaking water into our basement, and ruining our floor, along with water marks forming around the perimeter. I called back and explained what was happening and Ron told me to call the epoxy people. I wanted our basement waterproofed before having the floor fixed. He said he wouldn't, and wished us "good luck". We have spent over 10k on this floor to be waterproofed only to have water still coming in. Bottom line, we hired them to waterproof the basement, and we still have water, and I was told good luck. So much for a "lifetime warranty" or "waterproofing" as advertised.
