They did my basement back in February or March. They used my dolly that was in the basement to…read morehaul buckets of broke concrete. They didn't ask for permission. They broke two of the four wheels. Then didn't tell me about it. When they left, they left a 4x8 sheet of particle board. It has been in my drive way this whole time. When I called them about the dolly and the board, I was told they would either fix or repair the dolly and pick up the board. I've called them no less than 7 times about resolving the problem. Each time they say they will get it taken care of. I spoke with the owner Kelley on Monday. He emphatically said he was the owner and it would be taken care of the next day. Still no one has came. Now about the work itself. I believe the basement is now dry. I paid extra to have 4x8 sheets of the white plastic put on the walls. Our daughter lived in a house that had been done this way while being waterproofed. Hers looked good. Mine not so much. They are all crooked. They left them all filthy covered in dirt and handprints. The concrete that they poured over the water drains is as rough as a gravel pit. Now it will have to be ground down before a finished floor can be put in. When they were "cleaning up", they used a garden hose and washed rocks down my 2 basement floor drains. I have spent hours unclogging them. They were cheaper than the competition. Still $10,000. I assume their warranty is worthless since I can't even get them to pick up their trash and fix my dolly. I would never use them again.

We hired Ron and his team to waterproof our basement, as we had significant flooding. They dug a…read moreditch around the perimeter, installed tubing, and a new sump pump. They also came back to fill cracks that were still leaking. We were told that over time the water and static pressure would find it way to the perimeter. Since then we have had our floor epoxyed and sealed. Well over a year later we had bubbles forming under the epoxy, and eventually bursting, leaking water into our basement, and ruining our floor, along with water marks forming around the perimeter. I called back and explained what was happening and Ron told me to call the epoxy people. I wanted our basement waterproofed before having the floor fixed. He said he wouldn't, and wished us "good luck". We have spent over 10k on this floor to be waterproofed only to have water still coming in. Bottom line, we hired them to waterproof the basement, and we still have water, and I was told good luck. So much for a "lifetime warranty" or "waterproofing" as advertised.
