He then said he would only be able to get there 3-4 hours later, which would mean that he couldn't finish the job. When I mentioned that we had ordered in the appliances and taken off work for this appointment, his only comment was, if you want me to come, you need to get off the phone. He ended his delightful service by hanging up on me. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! Worst service I've ever had from a handyman and even worse you can't trust him to show up!
