While the prices are a little high for medium sized candles, they are well worth the cost. The wax lasts, the candles burn evenly, and the scents are unique. They even had a blueberry scented candle (one of my all-time favorite scents). I have been looking for one for years, but they are a challenge to find. So when I saw that Wicks & Wax had one, of course I had to buy it. Their prices are currently $20 for 1 candle or $35 for 2. We always buy multiple. The studio also has workshops where you can make your own candles and design your own scents. So fun! And the owner is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The store in Erie is sometimes cramped (only a problem around Christmas), but easy to navigate. The employees there are some of the nicest in the mall - no high pressure sales, everyone says hi and asks if you need help. The customer service alone keeps me coming back! Bath and Body Works as a company offers many coupons and sales throughout the year. The more you shop, the more deals you get. I am the biggest fan of their candles which are fairly cheap, provide seasonal fragrance throughout my whole house, and last a long time.

The gentleman at the counter said they rotate stones when ones run out/a bowl empties so they will always have different stock. The bowls are labeled easily and have take away sheets of what the stones help with - a plus! Nice location in Chardon for while small it's not in the large shopping plaza but has loads of great parking with the ability to turn around and not be on the street.

Update to original review. Service tech came to fix chair. Discovered that the switch operating the…read morechair was bad (kinda obvious). At this point I thought he would fix the chair.... NOPE! Has to order parts. This whole process was going to take close to a month. So I have a brand new chair I won't be able to use for over a month. I asked the customer service rep if they could just replace the chair. They agreed and will bringing a new chair next week. Still very disappointing that there were problems with a brand new chair, but relieved they agreed to a new chair so I don't have to wait so long.
