She has done my hair in the past where she turned it into a balayage for $183 and at the time I was fine with that amount. But this time just getting it BARELY touched up and she charged me the same amount? Crazy! Victoria took me as an appointment at last minute when I called in and asked for a touch up and to cut half an inch off of my hair. She was more than willing which I thought was great and accommodating. She said she has a cancellation last minute. Turns out she canceled the appointment herself all because she didn't feel like doing this woman's hair anymore. She claims the woman was late but the woman came in and showed her appointment card that was the time she said and Victoria still wouldn't take her. Another two people came in for their appointments stating they were at 1:30 and she said very rudely that the appointments were at 2:30 and the customers had their texts showing their appointment reminders for 1:30 but they were sweet and said they would come back at 2:30 but Victoria practically wouldn't let them even talk and kept saying "you guys just sit down and I'll take you right now I just need a few minutes to finish her (me) up". So as she did the two clients hair I'm sitting there for almost an hour and a half. Mind you I didn't even have anything to have sit in that long so it was pretty ridiculous. When I was finished she told me the amount it cost and I told her I wasn't paying that much for a little brown hair dye and for her to tone my blonde hair. She didn't bleach it. It was already blonde. And my roots were already brown. I paid her 160 and left. Her boss threatened to call the police on me if I didn't pay the 23 dollars. So I came in paid the rest but I'll never go back to that salon again. Absolutely ridiculous and expensive for no reason!

Employee Nicole said she was booked with appointments till that evening, they were short staffed. I said would come back next day. Nicole said better make an appointment, filling quickly. No other customers in shop. So I did make an appointment. I showed up for my appointment, one customer with the other hair employee at that time. This same person Nicole took me early. By my appointment time I was done. I had to tell hair stylist to cut more. She did not want to. She said it would be too short. She did my cut very quick and no other customers came in till I was paying. One customer, the other stylist took. The person that I had was Nicole. Very poor service and she seemed like she didn't want to do anything. Then I was charged $28. I NEVER paid this much anywhere else locally. Shop didn't seem to inviting or kept up. This was the West 26th Street location in Erie, PA. will never go there again. Poor service and a price $10 more then anywhere else locally. Not even a 1 star. Everyone is now warned!!!

Stylist said "she told me to use clippers in the back" multiple times. Then she said she didn't charge for the blow dry, as if that made it better. Cut was totally uneven in the back, and she left the sides long, looking like sideburns. She didn't "fade" into the shaved part, so it looked like a bowl haircut with a choppy shave on the neck, up to the ears. Never even apologized and seemed annoyed, which I thought was rude. She took no responsibility at all. My daughter should have stopped her, or asked me for help, and that's on her, but she was intimidated because she didn't want to seem rude. However, the stylist should have communicated better and listened.

He took his time and was very conscientious of my hair type. CJ was also fun to talk to! Normally I'm not very talkative but he was such a pleasure to talk to. He told me afterwards he would help me select the shampoo and conditioner that would help me give tame my wavy frizz. I am incredibly happy with his work and for the price!! I've been with Sasha for over a year and she is amazing. She's so personable and fun and it feels like two friends just catching up on life each appointment.
