Absolutely horrible!!…read more Newbie no experience in photography. Not worth my time or money. I purchased a Groupon to have a one hour professional photo shoot with hair and make up done. Also " wardrobe consultation " Let's start of by saying that the voucher from Groupon clearly stated the photo studio was called Revolve Talent. Needless to say when I arrived I could not locate the studio because the name on the main door was changed. I was lucky enough to bump into someone who just finished their appointment. When I finally arrived in there suite, there was no receptionist. Two other people at the counter were also waiting to be served. My appointment was at 7 and apparently Eli was way behind schedule. With two people ahead of me and more arriving, he was clearly scattered everywhere without once apologizing for the inconvenience of making everyone wait. (I realized he was also the " receptionist"). Finally I get in the make up chair. It stated on Groupon that I was to have a base coat of foundation on prior to coming in. The makeup artist started applying my make up. Clearly I could of done a better job. I even had to tell her how to do my eyes because she was not doing them properly. Throughout my makeup seating, the photographer Eli, would come in saying " hurry up" we need to take the pictures now! Ummm.... Rude ! It's not my fault he scheduled too many people, not only that, but my hair had not been done at all!!!! He rushed the make up artist to start on the next client and told me there was no time for my hair to be done!!!! Excuse me, I paid for it to be done, AND it was frizzy due to the humidity outside. I saw a curling iron in the area and said " well do you mind if I try and do my own hair?" He scoffed at me and told me to hurry up. The curling iron was cheap and horrible!!!! What a disaster!!!!!! Finally I do my wardrobe change (3 changes allowed ). He basically had me do the same cheesy poses, NOTHING ARTISTIC, NO DIRECTION,no follow up from one frame to another on how to improve. This resulted in every single shot to come out absolutely horrible!!!! All he did was click, click, click away like someone who was trigger happy. Nothing of substance, no real thought put into it. First of all how does wardrobe consultation fit in when the one giving you the so called "consultation" is also doing your makeup? I had already chosen my wardrobe changes before I arrived and when I got there the photographer pointed to the young make up artist to give me her opinion. She just looked at me and said " yah those are fine". Really?? No hair done!!! Bad basic make up!! Rushed photoshoot!!! Bad customer service !! Rude!! Also no privacy while you have your photos taken. It's an open space where all the other impatient clients are looking at you. Awkward!! I do NOT recommend this place at all! Save your money and let a friend take random pictures of you on there phone, at least that's more of a good time.

I went to get photos taken for Christmas, which Revolve Talent said would be ready in plenty of time. What should have been my first clue was that when we got there for our appointment (ON TIME) they made us wait outside in the freezing cold for 20 minutes. The photographer seemed very shy and gave NO direction but we still got some really nice shots. 5 weeks, 2 ignored calls and 4 ignored emails later I finally heard back that my emails were going straight to their junk (from my gmail account), which is something I would have hoped they would catch, or that they would have checked their voice mail messages. They told me they'd get the photos to me the next day. Another week went by and 2 more ignored email before I finally got the files. 3 weeks after Christmas. The whole process was unprofessional and I felt so uneasy, disappointed and embarrassed really, that I had picked this company. I would have rather gotten a refund. Awful service, please don't use.

I believe last time I spoke to him was September 2021 & he was to mail back my Urei. Since then he is MIA. To replace my LOST I purchased the Alpha 4100 mixer. He played all of our songs and he was great at mixing songs together and playing off the crowd. He was polite and punctual and definitely made our wedding a memorable one. They were easy to work with and very helpful when answering questions and concerns. We are going to refer them to all our family and friends who require a dj for any upcoming events.

First of all, Aaron picked up the phone and called me within two hours of my inquiry, whereas other companies just sent me back messy, unprofessional emails. Aaron and I talked for a bit, I told him what I was looking for, he tempered my expectations (politely, I might add!) and he told me what kinds of services were available and what he would recommend. He sent me over a contract very promptly and it was very easy to make the decision to choose Impact. Out of the gate, I knew that if we went with Impact, we would be in very good hands. Aaron wasn't hesitant to call me so that we could discuss details and pricing on the phone; he went so far as to call me to verify all of the details we had discussed over phone calls and emails just to make sure he had everything down right. As the day got closer, there were some details that I just hadn't had time to finalize. Aaron called me to gently remind me that he needed them and in the end, we chatted on the phone and figured it all out in 10 minutes! He was able to provide appropriate music recommendations for the various parts of our ceremony and reception and basically helped me finish all those last minute choices. We didn't have an MC and I wanted a DJ that would be able to handle that piece of the day and Aaron NAILED it. People thought that he was a close personal friend, that's how good of an MC he is! He kept the momentum going throughout the night and kept in touch with me as things changed or if we had any hiccups. We can't say enough great about Aaron - our guests are still raving about the dance floor (we ended up having TWO dance floors because people were having so much fun dancing) and how great the music was.
