I previously tried to place an order and got the confirmation, etc. the everything was set. Then they randomly cancelled my order without notice. I only found out because after a week or so, I realized I hadn't gotten my order and after going to the purchase history area the status was changed to cancelled. No email notification etc. After chatting with them several times, I kept being told it was due to them being "unable to verify my information" but they can't tell me what that information is? They then told me that someone would reach out to me - three separate chats - promising someone to call and reach out over weeks and it never happened. Then they were like just re-place the order - cool, but are you gonna honor the discount I got at the time? Of course not. Waited for another sell to happen and placed a second order and this one actually went thru (mind you, NONE of my information changed). I chose this location for pickup and it was ready promptly. My only criticism is that two of the items I ordered expire at or under a year time frame. I feel like products that are on these tighter timelines for expiration should be discounted to account for that. The rewards program is also a joke. You have to spend $125 to get $5 unless you spend $200 or $700 annually (from the time you hit that threshold forward) then its $5 for every $100 or $5 for every $84, respectfully. Gone are the days when rewards programs were actually rewarding. That means to get 4% back the quickest you spent at least $784 and only got back $30.
