This Caldereta is simply a soup of lobster, tasty but a bit messy as you need to remove the inner meat, so be prepared for some fight against the "animal". The soup was ok but a bit pricy as the menu is 40€ per person. If you don't like this type of food it might be worth for you to try a different Spanish dish.
